Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends (John 15:13). Our opening scripture brings to mind the words of the Spirit through the apostle Paul in Romans 5:8: “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” Think about such sacrificial love. He was condemned in our place. No wonder the Bible says, “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus…” (Romans 8:1). The word translated “condemnation” also means “judgment”; Jesus Christ was judged for us. 2 Corinthians 5:19 (NIV) says, “…God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men’s sins against them….” Did you notice that? God isn’t counting men’s sins against them because He laid their sins on Jesus. Jesus became the sin-bearer. 1 Peter 2:24 further makes it clearer; it says, “Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness….” It’s the reason when we pray for sinners, we pray that they’ll come to terms with the revelation that God has given: Christ bore their sins and they don’t need to live in sin anymore. Hallelujah! 2 Corinthians 5:14 says, “For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead.” This is absolutely legal and logical: He died for everybody; therefore, everybody died. Verse 15 says, “And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.” Don’t live unto yourself but unto Him. This is the right response to His sacrificial love. Hallelujah! PRAYERDear Father, I thank you for the priceless sacrifice of Jesus Christ who bore our sins and took our judgment upon Himself. Thank you for reconciling the world to yourself, and now we have the ministry of reconciliation, to share this glorious truth with others, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. In the Name of Jesus, I pronounce health, increase, progress, and prosperity in my life. My organs are invigorated with the life-giving Word of God, and I am alive! Christ lives in me! I’m the expression of His reality, His grace, glory, kingdom, power and personality! God wants me well; therefore, I refuse to accommodate sickness or anything contrary in my body. My life is filled with peace and prosperity, my body is in perfect health, and my days are blessed with the fullness of God’s blessings and riches in glory. My body is not sustained by blood but by the power of the Holy Spirit who lives in me. I have God’s genetic material, His “DNA” resident in me. I have an excellent life that is sickness-free. I enjoy everything that the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ made available to me. I am indestructible and no sickness can thrive in my body. I walk in victory and dominion over diseases and the forces of this world every day. Glorious things are spoken of me. Health, strength, and victory are mine, and I live victoriously at all times. I take complete charge over my life as I proclaim the Name of Jesus in my health and everything that concerns me or is connected to me. Christ is my assurance of divine health, prosperity, success, victory, and dominion. My completeness is in Christ. I’m sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency. I believe what the Word says concerning me! Glorious things are spoken of me. I’m totally inundated with this consciousness. I have no lack in this life because all my needs are met in Christ Jesus. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD Who was betrayed and put to death because of our misdeeds and was raised to secure our justification (our acquittal), [making our account balance and absolving us from all guilt before God] (Romans 4:25 AMPC). When we say “Jesus died for the whole world,” it’s a generic expression indicating that He died for all humanity. So, in that generic sense, Jesus was condemned in our place. He was judged for all of us. But when you believe in Him, two significant things happen. First, your acceptance and acknowledgement that His vicarious sacrifice was in your behalf makes it possible for you to receive eternal life. Receiving eternal life means you’re born again; you’re now a brand new person, without a past: “…if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new” (2 Corinthians 5:17). Then, now that you’re a new creature in Christ Jesus, it’s essential to understand that in the actual sense, Jesus didn’t die for the sins of this new man in Christ because the new life you received upon the New Birth is the God-life; it’s not tainted with sin. The new man in Christ was created in righteousness and true holiness (Ephesians 4:24). Colossians 3:10 says you “…have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him.” This realization leads to the understanding of why you’re justified. The Bible says, “Jesus Christ was delivered up on account of our transgressions but He was raised for our justification” (Romans 4:25). Now, being justified, you’re at peace with God and have become the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. Those who don’t understand this truth struggle daily, “trying” to be righteous and to please God. But the key is to simply accept the truth of what Jesus Christ has done and live by it. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell (Colossians 1:19). The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are eternally existent and manifested in Jesus. Each person of the Trinity has a distinct personality. Yet, Jesus is the bodily manifestation of the Godhead; He encompasses the fullness of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Colossians 1:19 says, “For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell.” Colossians 2:9 further emphasizes this; it says, “For in him (Jesus Christ) dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.” This means the fullness of deity, the fullness of the Godhead, resides in Jesus in bodily form. If you want to find the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit in one body, it’s in Jesus. Hebrews 1:1-3 lends further credence to this; it says, “God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person….” In other words, Jesus is the exact replica or representation of God the Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:10, “The Father is in me, and I am in the Father.” This reinforces the idea that Jesus is the manifestation of the Father. When you see Jesus, you see the Father; He embodies the character and essence of the Father: “…he that hath seen me hath seen the Father…” (John 14:9). 1 Timothy 3:16 encapsulates it beautifully: “And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.” Observe that it says “seen of angels.” The angels, who had never seen God the Father’s form, saw Him for the first time when Jesus came. He made the invisible God visible even to the heavenly beings, demonstrating the profound mystery and majesty of the Trinity. Praise God! Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another (Romans 12:10). Did you know that what you give to others—the treatment you mete out to them—is actually unto God? That’s what the Bible says: “If you help the poor, you are lending to the LORD—and he will repay you!” (Proverbs 19:17 NLT). So, when you do good things for others, never complain about it; instead, be glad. Once you complain about the good you’re doing, you destroy the effectiveness of it. Remember what the Bible says: do all things without complaining, and by so doing, you show yourself to be a true child of God without fault, manifesting His light in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation (Philippians 2:14-15). When you’re kind and affectionate to others, you don’t have to expect anything from them in return, for the Bible says, “of the Lord you shall receive your reward:” “And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ” (Colossians 3:23-24). Everyone who treats people well, turns out to be a success in just a matter of time. Why? Because God treats people well and He’s always on the lookout for those who manifest His character. Remember, He so loved us that He sent His Son, Jesus, to die in our place for our salvation (John 3:16). He looks out for those who identify with Him in saving, blessing and loving others so He can manifest His grace and power in and through them. Therefore, let His love flow out of you effortlessly. Be genuinely interested in people and be willing to help them. Whenever the opportunity presents itself, offer your assistance. Ask, “May I help you?” and when you’re through, still ask, “Is there anything else I could do for you?” What if they don’t treat you nicely in return? It doesn’t matter! The Bible says, “Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult. On the contrary, repay evil with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing” (1 Peter 3:9 NIV). Spread love. Spread life. Spread joy! That’s what Christmas is about. Let others testify that their lives changed for the better because they met you. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory (Colossians 1:27). For some people, Christmas is all about food and family. So, on Christmas day, they make sure to get around family, eat, feast and be merry. But beyond the merry-making, Christmas is about Christ: who He is, what He came to do, and the fact that He actually accomplished His purpose. Had He not accomplished His purpose, life would have been empty. He came, lived, died, and came back to life that you might live. He said in John 10:10 (AMPC), “…I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows).” 1 John 3:8 says, “…For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.” This same Jesus is coming again, and it’s time to serve Him truly; it’s time to know Him for sure. Titus 2:13 tells us something beautiful about who He is—He’s the great God and our Saviour: “Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ.” Did you see that? Jesus is God. When He was born among us, He was called “Emmanuel,” God with us. In Colossians 1:19, the Bible says, the fullness of Deity resides in Him. The totality of divinity dwells in Jesus Christ: “For in him dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily” (Colossians 2:9). Jesus Christ is the body of God; everything that God is, is in Jesus. But here’s the most inspiring part: this Jesus, the great God and our Saviour, isn’t just with you today but in you. That’s what we read in our opening scripture: Christ in you the hope of glory. This is the actual meaning of Christmas. Christmas is the celebration of Christ in you. You haven’t known what Christmas is and how to celebrate Christmas until you have the understanding that Christ literally dwells in the quarters of your heart. The real celebration begins when you arrive at God’s revelation for Christmas, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. This was God’s plan from the beginning: this was what He always wanted—that we be filled or replete with all the fullness of God, just as Jesus was. I am an embodiment of God’s grace, and my daily experience is that of the miraculous and God’s infinite love. I am born again; therefore, I’m not ordinary. As the Father has life in Himself, even so, has He given me to have His life – a life without limits. Thus, I function with supernatural strength and abilities today. I’m strengthened and energized by the Holy Spirit who lives in me, and He’s made me an absolute victor. The power of the Holy Spirit touches everything in my body; thus, I am infused with divine strength. There is no situation I cannot change, for the inherent power to do exceedingly abundantly above all that I could ask, think, or imagine is within me. My mind is stayed on God’s Word; therefore, He keeps me in perfect peace. I experience health, victory, and prosperity, now and always. I am the expression of God’s fullness, grace, and glory. I manifest His kingdom and power. I am a testimony, the seed of Abraham, and an heir of Abraham’s blessing through Christ. I prosper in my health and bear living proof of God’s infinite grace, blessing, and love. The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, causing life to spring forth from within me. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life (John 3:15). For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord…And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men (Luke 2:11-14). Often at Christmas time, there’s a lot of singing; it’s that time of the year when people gleefully sing “Christmas Carols.” Many of these songs, even though popular and have existed for centuries, lack spiritual substance; a lot of them don’t make spiritual sense or have any spiritual meaning. Take for example songs like “Jingle Bells” or “Dashing Through The Snow”; they’re very popular Christmas songs sung around the world, but they have no spiritual meaning. The fact that they make you happy and lighten your mood doesn’t mean they bless you. Christmas is about Jesus, and He is the living Word. So, on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or whenever, know the Word, think the Word, and sing the Word. Sing songs that bear consistency with the Scriptures. Whether you’re making merry about Christmas or singing in praise to God, let your worship be consistent with God’s Word and truth, and you’ll be amazed at the transformation this would bring to your life. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life (John 3:15). The law and the prophets were until John. Since that time the kingdom of God has been preached, and everyone is pressing into it (Luke 16:16 NKJV). The Kingdom of God is a real Kingdom, howbeit, a spiritual one, and being born again, we’re progenies of the Kingdom. The Kingdom of God includes everything under God’s dominion, both on earth and in Heaven. But there’s also the Kingdom of Heaven, which is the earthly manifestation of the Kingdom of God, set up by Jesus. So, when Jesus came and said, “The Kingdom of God is at hand” (Matthew 3:2, Mark 1:15), He was referring to the Kingdom of Heaven that He had come to establish or set up in the earth. This is the Kingdom that Jesus began to preach and to make known, something others couldn’t do because they hadn’t entered it themselves—it was promised to them. But Jesus preached it and then brought us into it through the New Birth. Hallelujah! Colossians 1:12-13 says, “Giving thanks unto the Father…Who hath…translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son.” So, today, the same Kingdom that Jesus Himself preached is what He’s commissioned us to preach to the ends of the earth: “And he sent them to preach the kingdom of God…” (Luke 9:2). But one day, very soon, this Kingdom, which is in the spirit realm right now, will manifest in this world and take over this world. Intensify your efforts and stop at nothing in ensuring the good news of the Kingdom spreads to the ends of the earth; win more souls into the Kingdom. The Lord Jesus, referring to being born again, said in John 3:5, “…Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.” It’s our responsibility to preach the Gospel of the Kingdom so that every man, woman, boy and girl on the face of the earth might hear, believe and be brought into the Kingdom. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God (Ephesians 3:19). I like the fact that at Christmas time many profess love; they say it’s a season to love one another. But most only assume to know what love is, whereas they really don’t. What most have experienced and understood is tolerance, not love. Tolerance is your ability to bear with others; it’s a good thing, but it shouldn’t be confused as love. That you tolerate people doesn’t mean you love them. Even the Jews had difficulty understanding love. The Jewish mind was complex, and one of the ways God could get their attention was to give them the golden rule: “Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: l am the LORD” (Leviticus 19:18). He said to them, “Love your neighbour as yourself.” But how could a man love his neighbour as himself when even he isn’t conscious of loving himself? This wasn’t God’s best delineation of love, but He had to work with them from the “outside.” So, He said to them, “Do unto others as you want them to do to you” (Matthew 7:12, Luke 6:31). After a while, they began to abuse this. A man could take another’s wife and say, “l don’t mind if you do the same to me. Take my rude wife.” But when Jesus came, He manifested God’s love in a way that was different. He said, “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends” (John 15:13). He showed them love from God’s perspective, and not only did He preach this love, He proved it. You can’t show or manifest true love if you don’t know Jesus. When you hear someone say, “l can’t please you and displease myself,” such a person is quoting from the Old Testament. But Jesus says no; it’s not about pleasing yourself; it’s about laying down your life for others. It’s about making others happy even at the expense of your own feelings. There’s no greater love than this. Your understanding of this will completely change your life and your commitment to Jesus Christ, and to those for whom He died. I give thanks to God for He has made me superior to Satan, his demons, sickness, disease, and infirmity. My mind is not limited or defeated by the circumstances of life because it is inundated with the light of God’s Word. I walk in the consciousness that I’m in oneness with Jesus Christ. I have the life of Christ. That life makes me indestructible and impervious to sickness. Everywhere I go, I influence my world with the healing power of God. Because of me, God’s Spirit is manifested in the world. The Lord God is mighty in me. He has blessed me with everlasting life; a life of grace, truth, and agelessness. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD You know the way to the place where I am going. Thomas said to him, Lord, we don’t know where you are going, so how can we know the way? (John 14:4-5 NIV). The Lord Jesus, just before His crucifixion, had a meeting with His disciples where He told them He would be going away to Heaven. They were saddened by the news, but Jesus comforted them, saying, “…l go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. You know the way to the place where I am going” (John 14:3-4 NIV). Notice His language: always succinct, always positive. It shows you the Master’s mentality. He said, “You know the way to the place where I am going.” But Thomas, who was thinking in the flesh, said, “Lord, we don’t know where you are going, so how can we know the way?” Jesus’ response to him was profound. He said, “…l am the way, the truth, and the life…” (John 14:6). What an answer! Jesus was speaking by the Spirit, and His answer probably made Thomas more confused because Thomas was reasoning in the flesh. Then Jesus said in the next verse, “If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him” (John 14:7). Remarkable! Notice that Jesus didn’t say, “Okay, Thomas, from henceforth, I’m going to try to introduce the Father to you”; no! Rather, He said, “You know Him.” This is the way He wants you to think. He doesn’t want you arguing and declaring your lack of knowledge. Respond in the spirit. The Bible says you have an unction from the Holy One and you know all things (1 John 2:20). Hallelujah! The Lord has said you know the Father; therefore say, “Yes sir! I know Him.” Blessed be God! When you agree and affirm the Word like that, suddenly, the knowledge of God will well up in your spirit, and you’ll discover the truth. Remember, He is the way, the truth, and the life. What He tells you is truth. If He says you know Him, that’s the truth. Moreover, He also said it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the Kingdom (Mathew 13:11, Luke 8:10), and that includes knowing the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Hallelujah! Divine health flourishes in me. Goodness and mercy follow me everywhere I go, and I have the supernatural grace to excel in all endeavors today. By virtue of the divine life of Christ at work in me, I experience health, victory, and prosperity. I have guaranteed health, success, safety, wellness, and wholeness. I am the expression of God’s fullness, grace, and glory. I manifest His kingdom and power. I have put on the nature of righteousness. I have the incorruptible life of God in my Spirit. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men: Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart (2 Corinthians 3:2-3). What’s an epistle? It’s a letter or written message. When Paul said, “Ye are our epistle…,” he was saying, “You’re our message, known and read of all men.” Jesus Christ was the message of God. He was the Word of God—God’s message—sent to the world to be read of all men. He was manifested in the flesh. When men encountered Jesus in Bible days, they encountered the Word of God. When He spoke, it was the Word speaking. When He acted, it was God’s Word in action. When He healed, it was God’s Word performing the miracles. Everything He did was the manifestation of the Word of God in flesh. Therefore, He was manifestly declared to be the Word of God in the flesh. Now, referring to us, Paul says exactly the same thing: “Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us…” (2 Corinthians 3:3). Did you see that? You are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ the same way Jesus was manifestly declared to be the Word of God in the flesh. This means you’re the message of Christ, and being the message of Christ means you’re the message of God. If you are the epistle of Christ, then you’re the epistle of God. If you are the word of Christ, then you’re the Word of God. Knowing this amazing truth, how are you going to live your life? That’s why God has given us His written Word so we can learn His language and talk His language. The necessary result of that is an outflow of the God-life through you. That’ll be your experience every day. There’ll be no defeat in your life. Irrespective of who your adversaries are or the circumstances in which you find yourself, you’ll be an absolute victor. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils…(Mark 16:17). There’re people who say they don’t believe in the existence of demons, saying that devils or demons only exist in the imagination of certain people. Such folks are ignorant because the Bible tells us that Satan and demons are real. 1 Peter 5:8 says, “…your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.” Jesus taught about demons and how they operate, and He cast out demons on several occasions. In fact, the very first sign He said would follow those who believe in Him is what we read in our opening scripture: the ability to cast out demons. Once, He was teaching in the synagogue and the Bible tells us that a certain woman who was bent double and couldn’t straighten up herself came into the synagogue. The Bible says, “And when Jesus saw her, he called her to him, and said unto her, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity” (Luke 13:12). In the 11th and 16th verses, it’s clearly stated that the woman’s condition was caused by the devil, and Jesus proved it when He touched her and commanded her to straighten up, and she was restored instantly. There were also instances where He commanded deaf spirits to come out of people who were deaf and dumb, and they instantly began to hear and speak. Many of us have done the same thing over the years in His Name. We’ve cast out deaf and dumb spirits, and instantly, the people who were afflicted started to hear and to speak. We did exactly what Jesus said to do and what He did. Glory to God! He told us to cast out demons because they are real and are responsible for many of the troubles and infirmities that people suffer with and that we see around us. So, don’t be deceived by Satan’s incognito; if he can get you to believe he doesn’t exist, then he can mess up your life and mess up things around you. The Bible says we’re not ignorant of his devices (2 Corinthians 2:11). Ephesians 4:27 tells us to give him no place, no foothold. Satan and his demons may be real, but they’re powerless, defenceless and paralyzed before us. Whenever they show up, cast them out; truncate their activities, manoeuvres and manipulations. You have absolute dominion over them; exercise it. The ability of God is working in and through me; that’s the reason I am invincible, ever prosperous, fruitful and productive. Christ dwells in me, and I in Him. I’m inseparably one with Him, a member of His body, of His flesh and of His bones. I’m the vessel through which He manifests His glory and reveals His multifaceted wisdom without limits. My sufficiency is of Him and through Him, I can do all things. I walk in the consciousness of this divine reality today and always. I am the effulgence of God’s glory. The glory of God infuses my being, keeping me strong and well every day. The joy of the Lord is my strength. I have all the things that pertain to life and godliness. All I know and experience is divine health, righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. I’m what God says I am, and my life is a testimony of God’s grace and infinite blessings; therefore, I affirm that I live in divine health, prosperity, abundant joy, and indescribable peace. The Lord is my refuge and my portion in the land of the living. In Him, I have divine life – an everlasting life filled with divine health, and soundness of mind and body. My life is filled with the goodness and mercy of God. I refuse to be brought down by sickness. The Name of Jesus has been named upon me, and daily, I enjoy the impact of God’s divine presence in my life! I declare that my physical body is vitalized by the power of God’s Spirit, and it is shielded and protected from all evil. I belong in God’s class of divine beings; therefore, I look beyond the natural realm of existence to my heavenly rights, blessings, and provisions in Christ Jesus! I have escaped the corruption that is in this world. I have received eternal life – that very life and very existential attribute of deity. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory (Colossians 1:27). When the Bible says “Christ in you,” what does it mean? “Christ in you” means Christ literally dwells in you. You’re His house; He lives in you, walks in you, and talks through you through the Holy Spirit. The Bible says, “For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones” (Ephesians 5:30). You’re His feet, and you’re His hands. You’re the limbs of Christ: “Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ…” (1 Corinthians 6:15). As a Christian, you’re inseparably one with Christ; you’re fused as one with Him. Remember His words in John 14:20, “…I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.” Hallelujah! In 2 Corinthians 3:5, Paul wrote about his experience of the Gospel as inspired by the Holy Spirit. He said, “Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think anything as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God.” Here was a man writing about his life, and he says, “My sufficiency is of God.” The same is true about you. In his letter to the Philippians, he said, “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me” (Philippians 4:13). How could he have such a mentality? It’s because he understood the meaning of “Christ in you.” He knew he was no longer ordinary; he had become one with Christ, which means oneness with deity. The Word declares in 1 Corinthians 6:17, _”But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.” You’re one with the Lord; therefore, every so often, boldly declare: “My sufficiency is of God!” That means the ability of God is working in and through you; that’s the reason you’re invincible, ever prosperous, fruitful and productive. My gates are open continuously, bringing in the wealth of the nations. All my resources are multiplied a thousand times and more. I am loaded with good things, and my life is like a city that is set on a hill that can not be hidden. I am visible; well-positioned, and the Spirit of God is magnifying my voice around the nations of the world. I can never be small because the anointing of God’s Spirit has set me apart for greatness, causing me to spread and make progress, indescribable progress! I’m rich in all things, having inherited all things, for I’m a joint-heir with Christ! I’m fruitful and productive. I am making progress in every area of my life. I’m complete in Christ and every facet of my life is perfected for excellence. The Spirit of God guides and inspires me to take actions that’ll guarantee evident and unstoppable progress, increase and blessings for me. Today and always, I recognize and take hold of my divine right to live in health, prosperity, and dominion! I exercise my divine right to reign and rule over the circumstances of life and to exercise dominion over Satan. I reign in prosperity with peace, health, and an abundance of wealth. I enjoy the supernatural wealth that God has given me. I am an heir of God and a joint heir with Christ. I am vibrant. I enjoy divine health every day, all year round. I do not wane with age; rather my strength is renewed daily like that of an eagle. I have entered into the zone of agelessness, deathlessness, and wantlessness. God’s divine nature takes absolute pre-eminence over my spirit, soul, and body. I refuse to let any contrary condition take root in me or affect anything that concerns me in Jesus’s name. Amen. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth (John 1:14). In one of our previous studies, I explained to you that Jesus is the Son of God—God in human flesh! The Bible shows us something more about who He is in John 1:1. It says, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” The 14th verse says, “…the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us….” But a more accurate rendering is “the Word became flesh”; Jesus Christ is the Word of God become flesh. It’s easy to accept that Jesus is the living Word, the Word become flesh, but do you know that the same is true about you? The Bible says: “Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth forever” (1 Peter 1:23). You were born again by the Word of God, which lives and abides forever. Think about it: Jesus Christ is the Logos of God, the Word of God, become flesh. Now, that same Word that became flesh gave birth to you. That makes you God’s Word in flesh. Paul understood this and called us the epistles of Christ—the words of Christ: “Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart” (2 Corinthians 3:3). Then he points out something extraordinary in the 18th verse: “But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord” (2 Corinthians 3:18). He says as you reflect on God’s Word, as you ponder and meditate on it, you see yourself—as the reflection of God’s glory, for you’re the offspring of the Word. Hallelujah! I will never walk in confusion because the Spirit of God is guiding me in the path of life and leading me in the way of supernatural success and permanent prosperity. I make my way prosperous and consistently experience good success as I meditate on the Word and speak it forth with boldness. I am guided and propelled by God’s divine wisdom to do His will and fulfil my destiny in Christ. My eyes of understanding are enlightened; I see the invisible and I am empowered to do the impossible. My life goes only in the direction of God’s purpose; therefore, I’ll never be sick in life. I can only grow from strength to strength, for divinity has been activated in my body. The life of Christ in me makes me superhuman! I recognize the divine ability, efficiency, and might that are at work in me today. By virtue of the divine life of Christ in me, every cell of my blood, every bone of my body, and every organ in me is invigorated; no infirmity can fasten itself to my body, I live in absolute health and soundness of mind and body. I have a sharp memory and a firm capacity to remember important details, experiences and knowledge. My mental acuity and my cognitive abilities are top-notch. I am born of God, therefore, fear has no place in my life. I am perceptive, astute and smart. I am confident, bold and courageous. I am not bound by the principles of the world because I hail from Zion – the heavenly kingdom – where sickness, disease, death, or any form of darkness do not exist. I am an effective and efficient ambassador for God’s Kingdom and I dispense divine health realities to all I encounter. I dwell in the safety and peaceful habitation of the Almighty; a place of glory, dominion, and everlasting joy, where I reign and rule with Christ over circumstances in the name of Jesus Christ.
