Dr. Tom FredFish, a prominent chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Akwa Ibom and Chairman of PDP Advocates for Peace and Justice (PAPAJ), has expressed strong disapproval over the declaration of a State of Emergency in Rivers State.
