Truck Driver, Motor Boy Arrested in Ogun for Beating Man to Death The Ogun State Police Command has apprehended a truck driver, Olalere Timileyin, and his motor boy at Obada Oko, Ewekoro Local Government Area, for allegedly assaulting a man to death over accusations of stealing a tarpaulin. The incident was confirmed by the Command’s spokesperson, SP Omolola Odutola, in a statement released on Saturday. According to Odutola, a resident, Alao Fadipe, reported the incident at around 3 a.m. on Friday, December 13. Fadipe stated that he witnessed a violent altercation in front of his house at Iyana Ikereku. Upon investigation, he observed Timileyin and his motor boy, both linked to a cement factory in Itori, allegedly beating the victim until he lost consciousness. Responding swiftly to the report, officers from the Obada Oko Police Division arrived at the scene and detained the suspects.
