The police in Otu-Jeremi Division, Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State have arrested a 48-year-old father with HIV AIDS for defiling his 10-year-old daughter. According to LMSINT MEDIA, the suspect, identified as David, was taken into custody Friday morning after a medical examination revealed that the minor’s father had repeatedly slept with unwary women in the community and had allegedly infected his wife.
