Two Kwara Local Government Officials Abducted While Traveling

In a troubling incident, Barrister Elizabeth Arinde, the Head of the Legal Department at Oke-Ero Local Government Area of Kwara State, has been reportedly abducted, according to LMSINT MEDIA. Sources reveal that Barrister Arinde was kidnapped alongside the Director of Personnel Management (DPM) of the same local government while they were en route from Oke-Ero to Ilorin on Friday, April 25, 2025. Confirming the situation, the Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Ilorin Branch, S.M. Kosemani, stated: “It is with deep concern that we announce the abduction of Barrister Elizabeth Arinde, Head of the Legal Department, Oke Ero Local Government. Reports indicate she was taken along with the DPM while traveling from Oke Ero to Ilorin. Further updates will be provided as we receive more information.
