The widely shared legal document reveals that during her questioning session with the NPF-NCC, VeryDarkMan, a civilian currently facing charges in a separate matter where Ojo is a witness, was improperly allowed into the interrogation room. This access, she claims, compromised the integrity and confidentiality of her session. Improper Access Allegedly Authorized by Top Officer The petition further points to Commissioner of Police, Ifeanyi Henry Uche, as the official who reportedly authorized VeryDarkMan’s entry into the confidential interrogation space. Ojo claims that the access was a result of an “unprofessional and personal relationship” between the officer and the online influencer. This follows a live video she published back in 2023 where she publicly criticized certain individuals believed to be connected to the mysterious death of young singer, Mohbad. On Thursday, the actress, who is based in Lagos, took to social media to disclose that she had received an official invitation from the National Cybercrime Centre in Abuja. According to her post, the allegations revolve around comments she made in the video, where she called out specific individuals to submit themselves for police interrogation and clear their names in connection with Mohbad’s tragic passing. “I was recently invited by the Nigeria Police Force, National Cybercrime Centre, Abuja, over petitions bordering on cyberbullying and other allegations concerning the live video I recorded a few years ago,” Iyabo stated.
