Rihanna Departs Los Angeles Shortly After Gunfire Incident at Beverly Hills Property

Global music icon and entrepreneur Rihanna departed Los Angeles on Monday, only a few hours after a disturbing shooting episode occurred at her Beverly Hills residence.

Witnesses reported seeing the Grammy Award-winning performer arriving at Van Nuys Airport, where she boarded a private aircraft. Several pieces of luggage were transported in multiple vehicles to the airport’s private terminal before the singer’s departure.

Authorities have identified Ivanna Lisette Ortiz as the primary suspect connected to the incident.

Reports indicate that Ortiz was taken into custody on Sunday after allegedly discharging numerous rounds toward the residence belonging to the internationally known singer and business mogul.

Law enforcement officials stated that the suspect approached the property in a Tesla vehicle while carrying a semi-automatic rifle. Investigators believe approximately ten shots were fired toward the house shared by Rihanna and her partner, rapper A$AP Rocky.

During the preliminary examination of the property, officers discovered four bullet impacts on the front gate of the estate. Additional rounds reportedly struck the garage structure of a nearby neighboring home, causing minor property damage in the surrounding area.

Following the gunfire, the suspect reportedly fled from the location. Authorities later located and detained Ortiz roughly 12 kilometers from the scene, and the vehicle believed to have been used during the incident was recovered by investigators.

The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) confirmed that no individuals sustained injuries during the attack, despite the number of rounds that were discharged.

Ortiz has now been formally charged with attempted murder, and law enforcement agencies continue working to determine the motive behind the alleged act. Investigators are currently reviewing evidence and gathering additional information related to the case.
