Popular Nigerian Afrobeats icon, Davido, has humorously revealed that his wife, Chioma, would not take it lightly if he dares follow another woman on Instagram.

The award-winning artist shared this during a stopover in the United States while on his 5ive Star Tour, which has been drawing massive attention globally.

In a viral video currently circulating across social media platforms, a bold female admirer, dressed in an exposing outfit, playfully pleaded with Davido to follow her on Instagram.

However, Davido instantly declined the request with a cheeky response, emphasizing that his loyalty on social media remains strictly reserved for his wife.

Amidst loud laughter and cheers from the excited audience, the lady had asked:

“Can you follow me on Instagram?”

In response, Davido said:

“No, my wife will kill me. I don’t follow anyone else. I only follow my wife.”

This playful exchange quickly trended online, further showcasing Davido’s commitment to his wife, Chioma.
