Rhapsody of Realities October 21st 2025, HOLY EXPRESSIONS OF WORSHIP

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth (John 4:24). God is a Spirit, and the Bible says those who worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth. However, there’re certain things you do physically that help you activate your spirit. For example, when you consciously and deliberately kneel in prayer, it causes your spirit to be immediately activated for prayer. That’s why He told you to do it, because immediately, you’re moved from your mental state into a spiritual state, fulfilling the Scriptures. Psalm 95:6 says, “O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the LORD our maker.” Daniel also knelt in prayer: “Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went into his house and… he kneeled upon his knees three times a day, and prayed…” (Daniel 6:10). Even the Lord Jesus knelt down to pray: “And he was withdrawn from them about a stone’s cast, and kneeled down, and prayed” (Luke 22:41). The same thing happens when you lift your hands in prayer, adoration, praise and worship to the Lord. These physical actions draw you from the natural into the spiritual. They are holy expressions of reverence, adulation and worship. The Bible says, “I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting” (1 Timothy 2:8). King Solomon lifted his hands when he dedicated the temple: “And it was so, that when Solomon had made an end of praying all this prayer… he arose from before the altar of the LORD, from kneeling on his knees with his hands spread up to heaven” (1 Kings 8:54). These examples show us the importance and spirituality of certain reverential actions, even though they’re physical. Never take these spiritual postures lightly. They help shift your focus from the distractions of the flesh to the realities of the Spirit. They help you make contact with your spirit, and you’re stirred and awakened to deeper fellowship with the Lord. Recall the words of the Psalmist, “Let my prayer be set forth before thee as incense; and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice” (Psalm 141:2). Hallelujah! PRAYERDear Father, thank you for teaching me to worship you in spirit and in truth. I yield my body as an instrument of righteousness, aligning it with my spirit in worship, prayer and adoration. As I lift my hands and bow my knees, my spirit is stirred and awakened to deeper fellowship with you, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. Rhapsody of Realities October 20th 2025, ETERNAL REMISSION

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace (Ephesians 1:7). Did you know the Bible doesn’t actually instruct us to ask God for forgiveness? More so, God didn’t even make provision for your forgiveness in the way most people think. Rather, He did something far greater; He gave us remission. Forgiveness means to pardon. That is, the wrongs or sins that the offender committed remain on record, but he or she is no longer held accountable or punished for them. This is how men forgive. But that’s not what God did in Christ Jesus. The New Testament introduces us to the greater reality of remission. 1 John 1:9 says, “…he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins….” But the Greek word translated forgive there is actually “aphiēmi,” which is from “aphesis.” This word does not primarily mean “pardon.” Instead, it means “to send away,” “to take away completely,” or “to separate from.” That’s remission, not forgiveness. God didn’t leave your sins on record and then pardon you. No! He removed them completely; they were taken away, blotted out. This is why we don’t keep asking God to forgive us. In Christ, our sins were remitted; they were washed away, not covered up. The death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus provided full payment for sin, resulting in your total justification. Some quote verses from Matthew, Mark or Luke, to justify a forgiveness-based mentality. Jesus’ teachings in those gospels were to a people still under the old covenant before His death and resurrection. But now, we’re new creatures in Christ, and God has no record of your sin: “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new” (2 Corinthians 5:17). You’ve been cleansed, justified and sanctified. Blessed be God! PRAYERDear Father, I thank you for the eternal remission of sins I have in Christ Jesus. I walk in the light of my righteousness, knowing that sin and its attendant effects have no dominion over me. I live boldly and confidently, enjoying unhindered fellowship with you, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. Rhapsody of Realities October 19th 2025, RESPOND PROMPTLY TO HIS VOICE

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness (Hebrews 3:8). Cultivating a very rich and focused relationship with the Holy Spirit is essential for your spiritual growth and maturity. The Holy Spirit lives in you; He guides and leads you into all truth. Recognizing His voice and responding appropriately would transform your walk with Him and help you fulfil His purpose for your life gloriously. Maybe you’ve been out talking with someone, and afterwards, the Holy Spirit says to you, “You talked too much today. You shouldn’t have said the things you said.” Don’t brush it off, thinking it’s just your mind. Take that simple correction seriously and thank Him for it. That way, you’re encouraging His ministry in your life. Some ignore His promptings and get into trouble eventually. But His desire is always to help you avert every danger that might be lurking ahead. Isaiah 30:21 (NIV) says, “Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way; walk in it.” Today, that voice is not behind you; it’s inside you. When you hear His voice within you telling you what you should do or not do, act swiftly. Train yourself to recognize and respond to His voice. It’s easy to know His voice because He gives you guidance and direction in line with the Word. Everything He tells you sides with the Word. Sadly, some continue to resist and ignore His voice. The result of that is stagnation and failure. Month after month, they remain the same, stuck in a cycle without progress, immature in their spiritual walk. Spiritual maturity is marked by sensitivity to the Holy Spirit. Mature Christians yield quickly to His correction and instruction. They understand that the Spirit’s guidance is vital for effective Christian living and spiritual growth. Therefore, they respond quickly to His guidance and voice with humility. Hallelujah! PRAYER*Dear Father, thank you for giving me a heart that’s sensitive to your Word and to your voice. Through the guidance and promptings of the Holy Spirit, I live an excellent life that’s fully pleasing to you as I fulfil my destiny in Christ. Your wisdom fills my heart, and your love flows freely through me as I walk in sync with the Spirit, growing in maturity, grace and purpose, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. Rhapsody of Realities October 18th 2025, YOUR WORDS ARE ALIVE

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life (John 6:63). The words you speak are not empty; they don’t just go away; they live on. Don’t think the last thing you said ended when you said it. Every word that comes out of your mouth is alive in the spirit-realm. The only way to repel or counter already spoken words is by speaking words that are opposite and more powerful. Words are things; they have energy and tangibility. This should make you put a premium on words. Never say what you don’t mean or don’t want to happen. Never speak negatively because the principle is simple but spiritual: you shall have what you say. The Lord Jesus said so: “For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith” (Mark 11:23). It’s for the same reason He tells us not to speak idle, inoperative words: “But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned” (Matthew 12:36-37). Idle words are useless words, words you speak that don’t mean anything. He says you’ll be held accountable for speaking such words. Remember, you’re made in the image and likeness of God, and what did the Master say about Himself? He said, “…the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life” (John 6:63). He put a premium on words. The difference between the words of the Lord Jesus and the words of any other person is that He spoke life. He gave us an example to follow. Proverbs 18:21 says, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue….” Speak only life and everything in your life and environment will live. Speak life to your business, your finances, your body, your children, and to everything around you. Remember, your words never die; they’re living and active; they determine the course or direction of your life. Whether you’re going to be a success or a failure is all in your mouth. PRAYERDear Father, thank you for teaching me the power of words. My words are full of life, power and faith. I speak only what I desire to see. I speak life to my body, progress to my work, growth to my finances, and peace to my environment. Thank you for making my tongue a tree of life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. Rhapsody of Realities October 17th 2025, BEING BORN AGAIN—A SPIRITUAL REALITY

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new (2 Corinthians 5:17). Once, a respected Jewish teacher, Nicodemus by name, came to see the Lord Jesus. He was a ruler among the Jews, but despite his religiosity, something was missing. The Master looked at him and made a profound statement that cut through all his religious knowledge and rituals: “…Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God” (John 3:3). Nicodemus, somewhat flustered, asked, “How can a man be born when he is old?” But the Lord Jesus wasn’t speaking of physical birth; He was revealing a deep spiritual truth. Being born again isn’t a mere religious cliché or phenomenon but a spiritual reality. It means receiving a brand-new life, the life and nature of God Himself. When you were born again, you weren’t brought into a religion; there was a supernatural transformation. It was an actual rebirth. Your human life was supplanted by the divine life at the new birth. Something actually took place in the spirit; you were brought from death into life and immortality: “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life” (John 5:24). Now that you’re born again, you’re born of the Word by the Spirit of the Lord: “That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again” (John 3:6-7). 1 Peter 1:23 says, “Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.” The Bible also says in John 1:12-13, “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.” This is what it means to be born again; you’re literally and vitally born of God, with His life and nature in your spirit. You’re taxonomically different from the non-Christians. As Jesus is, so are you in this world (1 John 4:17). Hallelujah! PRAYERDear Father, I thank you for the supernatural life of Christ that’s now at work in me. I’m born of the incorruptible Word, which lives and abides forever; I’m not an ordinary person. I’m a new creation, born of your Word and your Spirit. I live the higher life, full of glory and righteousness. I walk in victory every day, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. Rhapsody of Realities October 16th 2025, THE LAW OF THE SPIRIT OF LIFE

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death (Romans 8:2). In 1 John 3:4, the Apostle John writes, “Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.” But then, Paul in 1 Timothy 1:9 tells us, “Knowing this that the law is not made for a righteous man;” and we are the righteous. It then gives rise to the question, “As Christians, are we under any law at all?” Yes, we are, but it’s a different kind of law. It’s not the law of Moses. It’s not the law of sin and death. It’s the law of the Spirit of life. That’s what the Apostle James called the perfect law of liberty in James 1:25: “But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.” That phrase “perfect law of liberty” is an interesting play of words. Law typically implies restriction, yet here it produces liberty. This law works inside us to cancel the restrictions or inhibitions from Satan. For example, when sickness attacks the body, it’s a corruption or an inhibition of the person’s health. But thanks be unto God, the Bible says the Lord Jesus Christ abolished death and brought life and immortality to light” (2 Timothy 1:10). Hallelujah! Being born again, you have eternal life, and eternal life doesn’t require healing. Therefore, it doesn’t matter what attacks your body; if you’d stir up the life of God in your spirit, your whole body will be vitalized. The Bible says, “If the Spirit of Him that raised up Christ from the dead lives in you, He’ll vitalize your body” (Romans 8:11). The Holy Spirit in you is life-generating. Whereas everything in the natural world degenerates, life works in you and in everything that’s connected to you because you’re in the realm of life. You’ve passed from death to life (John 5:24). Hallelujah! PRAYERDear Father, thank you for the perfect law of liberty by which I live and function. I walk in the liberty of the Spirit, free from every limitation and empowered to execute your will. I declare that your purpose is fulfilled in and through me, and I bring forth your righteousness in all I do, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ (Colossians 3:23–24). A lot of people allow themselves to be distracted. They get caught up in the busyness of life, petty worries, and worldly pursuits. Before they realize it, they’ve veered off course from God’s divine purpose. Distractions can cause you to lose sight of what truly matters. They pull you away from your God-given assignment. So, stay alert and refuse to be distracted. God has planned a specific work for you to do. There’s a divine assignment with your name on it. If you neglect it, you will have to give account to Him. So stay focused on your purpose. The Lord Jesus said, “…My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work” (John 4:34). “I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work” (John 9:4). Are you about the Father’s work? Is it your goal to finish your assignment, to fulfil your ministry in the Gospel? The Apostle Paul had the same mindset as the Lord Jesus; he refused every form of distraction and stayed focused on His assignment. In Philippians 3:13-14, he said, “…this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.” In Hebrews 12:1, he gave an important admonition which, apparently, was a hallmark of his own life. He said, “…let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us.” At the end, he said, “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith” (2 Timothy 4:7). That’s what truly matters. Be mindful of your divine purpose and responsibilities. Be faithful and diligent in the things God has asked you to do. We have a clear mandate to complete the full preaching of the Gospel to the whole world. You have a role in this. Set your eyes on the goal, run your race with perseverance and finish your course with joy. Praise God! PRAYERDear Father, thank you for the divine assignment you’ve given me. I refuse to be distracted by people, situations, or circumstances. I focus my heart and energy on fulfilling your purpose for my life. I run my race with determination and finish my course with joy, bringing glory to your Name, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. Rhapsody of Realities October 14th 2025, THE COMFORT OF THE SCRIPTURES

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope (Romans 15:4). God cared so much about us that He gave us the Holy Scriptures as a personal document so that through the comfort of the Scriptures, we might have hope. That’s why I love to study the Bible again and again. As I study, I find direction. I’m filled with hope. I look at the future with great expectation. No matter what’s happening in the world, I’m focused on the Word. I set my face like a flint because I have hope through the comfort of the Scriptures. The Bible has become for me a living thing, the living voice of Christ. For example, whenever I say, “Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world,” I’m not just quoting a verse. I’m responding to a living voice that God gave me for my journey. He knows we don’t see Him physically every day. He knows the pressures we deal with and the times we wish He would visibly show up. But He gave us something even more dependable, His Word. He wants you to rely on His Word, for it never fails. Isaiah 55:11 says, “So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth; it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.” Then in Matthew 24:35, the Lord Jesus said, “Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.” This shows that God’s Word is the most dependable foundation. Not one word from Him has ever failed or could ever fail as Joshua 21:45 affirms, “Not one word of all the good promises which the Lord had made unto the house of Israel failed; all came to pass.” Furthermore, the Scriptures empower you to deal wisely in the affairs of life (Joshua 1:8 AMPC). That’s why we emphasize meditating on the Word. Everything you’d ever be in your life is wrapped up in the Word. So, stay on the Word. Live by the Word. PRAYERDear Father, thank you for the blessing of the Scriptures, your living Word that guides, inspires and strengthens me. Through the comfort of the Scriptures, I have hope. I walk in wisdom, faith and bold expectation of a glorious future. Your Word is my daily light, and I live by its truth, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. Rhapsody of Realities October 8th 2025, SEE BY THE SPIRIT

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD …Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter (Revelation 4:1). In life, what you see determines how you live. So it’s important that you see spiritually; you see by the Spirit. Seeing by the Spirit is seeing through the Word, seeing with the eyes of faith. Many are ruled by fear and anxiety because they’re seeing from the valley; they look at things from the human or earthly perspective. But when you see by the Word through the Spirit, you realize that you’re neither the sick trying to get healed nor the poor trying to be rich. You’re not the defeated trying to become victorious. Rather, you see that you’re the glory of God, a victor in Christ Jesus, the perfection of divine excellence. Hallelujah! The Word of God gives you spiritual elevation. It lifts your perspective and vision above the mundane and lets you see from God’s vantage point. This is what John experienced: he heard a voice saying, “Come up hither,” and when he did, he was transported in the spirit to see divine realities. God has called us to function by revelation. We walk by faith, not by sight. And faith is living by the Word, acting on the basis of God’s Word and not on impulses or sensory perceptions. That’s how you live above limitations. That’s how you stay ahead of the world. That’s how you dominate circumstances and triumph over the adversary and adversities. You may have been diagnosed with some terrible ailments without hope for a cure; see yourself through the Word and you’d discover that the sickness or disease is a mirage. You’re whole, perfect, and sound in Christ. You’re the perfection of divine beauty. This is the truth. In John 8:32, the Lord said, “And ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free.” In Christ Jesus, you’re in the vantage position of health, prosperity and victory. This is why you have to develop yourself in the Word. Consciously increase your knowledge of the Word. The Bible says, “…grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ…” (2 Peter 3:18). CONFESSIONI’m constantly metamorphosed and positioned by the Word for the higher life of glory and triumphs, filled with strength, courage, faith and wisdom to do the will of the Father and fulfil my destiny in Christ. I walk in divine health, excellence and dominion as I yield myself to be inspired, taught, educated and trained by the Word. Glory to God! Therefore, I hold fast to the profession of faith without wavering, and I affirm today that my life, health, family, and finances are consistent with God’s Word for my life. I am fulfilling God’s purpose and plan for my life, walking in paths that He’s arranged for me. Everything that I require for life and godliness is available to me. The works of my hands are blessed, and I am set on the path of permanent success and prosperity. I do not know when the heat comes, for I am fashioned to flourish like the cedar in Lebanon. I will never live an empty life. I am a passionate soul winner! I am God’s partner in winning souls. My mind is anointed to think God’s thoughts! With the Word of God in my mouth, I cast down all imaginations of fear, failure, sickness, disease and infirmity. There’s no place for evil or negative imagination in my heart! My heart is circumcised by the Holy Ghost, and my mind inundated with the Word. I am an heir of God and a joint-heir with Christ. The silver and the gold are mine, including the cattle upon a thousand hills; thus, I refuse to be limited by anything in this world. I am a free-flowing conduit of God’s wealth and blessings to others, and I am plugged to an unending supply. I rule and reign in this life, independent of the financial systems of this world. I am guaranteed of continued financial supplies; I am plugged into an unending supply. Everything is under command to favour my increase and promotion. Whatever business or project I get involved with produces a multiplied harvest. There is no barrenness in my path. Rhapsody of Realities October 7th 2025, PRAY EFFECTIVELY BY PRAYING IN THE SPIRIT

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful. What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also (1 Corinthians 14:14-15). Praying in the spirit is the primary way for Christians to pray and pray effectively. God wants you to have a productive life. Therefore, it’s important to know how to pray in an effective way because prayer is our communication with God. And from our opening scripture, a most effective way to engage and talk with the Lord and have real results is praying with the spirit. The Apostle Paul in our opening scripture distinguishes between praying with the spirit or in the spirit and praying with the understanding. Praying with the spirit is when you pray in other tongues; tongues of the spirit. Praying in your understanding is praying through your mind, using a language that you understand. However, praying in the spirit takes pre-eminence over praying with the understanding. Ephesians 6:18 says, “Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.” This is as insightful as it is instructive: You’re to pray always in the Spirit. It’s one of the sure ways to pray effectively. James 5:16 AMPC, says, “…The earnest (heartfelt, continued) prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available [dynamic in its working].” A righteous man is one who’s born again, whose righteousness is the righteousness of Jesus Christ and that’s you. Therefore, when you pray, tremendous power is made available to produce amazing results. But many don’t experience this; their prayers aren’t effective because they don’t pray in tongues. Make no mistakes about it; when you pray in tongues it generates a lot of fire-power that subdues the works and forces of evil amongst other transcendent benefits. The results will be evident in your home, in your place of work, in your city, in your country and around the world. Hallelujah! PRAYERDear Father, thank you for the blessing of praying in the spirit. As I pray in other tongues, the forces of evil are subdued, and your will is accomplished in the earth and in the lives of people everywhere. My life is continually aligned with your perfect will, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. Rhapsody of Realities October 6th 2025, PARTNERS IN DIVINE PURPOSE

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD For we are labourers together with God: ye are God’s husbandry, ye are God’s building (1 Corinthians 3:9). One of the factors of spiritual maturity and walking in the wisdom of God is your alignment with His purpose in everything, including soul winning. You recognize that you’re His partner or co-labourer in His agenda in the earth. You were brought into Christ not just to escape condemnation but to fulfil divine destiny, to partner with the Lord in bringing others into the Kingdom. Wake up to your calling as a minister of the Gospel and steward of the mysteries of Christ: “Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think anything as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God; Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament…” (2 Corinthians 3:5-6). 1 Corinthians 4:1-2 says, “Let a man so account of us, as of the ministers of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God. Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.” Be fruitful and productive in the ministry of reconciliation. He already said in Mark 16:15, “…Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” So, there’s no need to ask, “Lord, what would you have me do?” The mandate is clear. 2 Corinthians 5:18 says, “And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation.” Function with Kingdom priorities. Win souls every day and commit your resources to the advancement of the Kingdom. Intercede passionately for those who haven’t yet known the Lord. Take up the Lord’s passion; the Bible says He’s patient towards all for their salvation, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). 2 Corinthians 5:14-15 says, “For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead: And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.” Living unto Him means living for His divine purpose. It means a heart that beats with His desire, hands that serve His plan, and feet that walk in His paths. PRAYERDear Father, thank you for making me a labourer together with you in your vineyard. I walk in divine wisdom, fulfilling your purpose for my life, aligned with your vision, committed to your call, and fruitful in all the will of God, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. Rhapsody of Realities October 3rd 2025, CARRIERS OF DIVINE WISDOM

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord (Luke 1:17). The Word declares that John the Baptist came in the spirit and power of Elijah to prepare the way of the Lord. But observe the specifics of what his mission entailed: to turn the disobedient to the wisdom of the just. This is a profound spiritual reality. It tells us that there’s a wisdom that belongs to us, the just. It’s the wisdom that prepares men to walk with the Lord and to please Him. It’s the wisdom that discerns purpose, sees beyond natural sequences, and acts in line with God’s Word and divine destiny. This wisdom isn’t academic; it’s not about mental alertness or philosophical depth. It’s a spiritual virtue imparted by God’s Spirit. When the disobedient are turned to the wisdom of the just, they receive the knowledge and guidance that aligns them with God’s will and purpose. So, like John, we have a unique calling. We’ve been commissioned by God to turn the disobedient to the wisdom of the righteous. It’s what we do when we preach the Gospel and lead men to Christ. It’s this wisdom that draws men into repentance, reshapes their priorities and brings them into sync with the agenda of Heaven. That’s what the Spirit of God is doing through us today; He’s turning men from darkness to light, from confusion to clarity, and from rebellion to reverence and obedience. We’re carriers of divine wisdom, the wisdom that makes ready for the Lord a people prepared for Him. This wisdom dominates our thoughts, guides our choices and propels our actions. PRAYERDear Father, I thank you for the ministry of your Spirit in me and the manifestation of your wisdom through me in turning the disobedient from darkness to light, making them ready for Christ’s coming. Rhapsody of Realities, October 2nd 2025, YIELDING TO THE WORD

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus (2 Timothy 3:15). The Word of God makes us wise unto salvation. This isn’t just about receiving eternal life; it’s about becoming mature in spiritual things, understanding how to walk in your inheritance and live out the Christ-life effectively. There’re Christians who love God but still struggle through life because they haven’t yielded to the Word of God to regulate their lives. They haven’t allowed the Word to condition their minds, to renew their thinking, and reculture their character. Romans 12:2 says, “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” There’s a continuous transformation from glory to glory that takes place in your life as you yield yourself to the Word of God. So, it’s not enough for anyone to say, “I’ve received salvation, and that’s it”; you must continue in the Word to live victoriously in Christ. Joshua 1:8 says, “This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.” As you meditate on the Scriptures, it causes everything about your life to blossom. The Spirit imparts light to your spirit to see and apprehend your inheritance in Christ. God’s desire is for His Word to dwell in you richly in all wisdom and spiritual understanding (Colossians 3:16). He wants you to live in and by His Word. He said in Luke 4:4, “…man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.” That’s how you live above the systems of this world. That’s the path of blessings, victory and success; doing the Word: “But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed” (James 1:22 & 25). PRAYERDear Father, your Word has made me wise unto salvation. I’m trained to reign, equipped to succeed, and conditioned to manifest your righteousness. I walk in spiritual intelligence and produce divine results, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
