Shocking Revelation as Wife of Wanted Chadian Terrorist Speaks Out

A woman has come forward with a startling revelation about her husband, Ahmad Adam Abba, a suspected Chadian terrorist, claiming she was unaware of his criminal activities throughout their marriage.

The Kano State Police Command recently paraded her alongside two of her husband’s associates at the Bompai Police Headquarters in Kano. She explained that she had always believed her husband was a legitimate trader until suspicious incidents led her to question his true identity.

Suspicious Encounters That Raised Red Flags

According to the woman, the first sign of trouble emerged when her husband faced an issue with the Nigerian Immigration Service while trying to renew his passport. However, it wasn’t until he returned home late at night carrying large sums of Chadian currency that her suspicions deepened.

She also recalled how her husband frequently held secret meetings at his elder brother’s house, Bushara, never involving her or disclosing any details.

The Moment of Realization

Her fears were confirmed when authorities declared her husband wanted. She recounted an incident where he suddenly rushed into their home, collected some documents and money, and left in a hurry, promising to call her later—only to disappear completely.

“I had no idea what was happening until strange events started unfolding. He was arrested alongside some men while trying to renew their passports, and later, news emerged that they were involved in killings. I was in the dark the entire time,” she said.

The woman described how she discovered bundles of Chadian currency in a sack given to her by her husband. Shortly after, she noticed unknown men visiting their home, having breakfast together before stepping outside to engage in secret conversations.

“My husband returned later and collected the money he had left with me. That was when an Almajiri boy working in our house informed me that something strange was happening at Bushara’s residence. He said my husband’s associates were seen running away,” she narrated.

Later that day, she saw her husband rush into their home to grab more cash and important documents. As he left, she followed him to the gate, and he reassured her he would call—but she never heard from him again.

A Warning to Parents About Marriage Decisions

Reflecting on her experience, the woman urged parents to conduct thorough background checks before allowing their daughters to marry.

“I suffered two miscarriages during our time together. My advice to parents is to properly investigate anyone seeking their daughter’s hand in marriage, whether the suitor is from a neighboring town or a distant place,” she warned.

Police Security Alert to Kano Residents

The Kano State Police had earlier issued a security alert, warning residents to avoid large gatherings on the eve of the National Tijjaniyya program due to ongoing security concerns.
