Tinubu Praises Wike As FCT Minister During Holiday Visit

Nyesom Wike, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, made a festive visit to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Lagos residence, accompanied by his sons, Jordan and Joachin. The President warmly welcomed them, marking a brief Yuletide discussion.

According to Lere Olayinka, the Senior Special Assistant on Public Communication and Social Media to the FCT Minister, President Tinubu commended Wike for his significant contributions to the transformation of Nigeria’s capital. He particularly praised Wike’s bold initiatives in land administration reforms and regulatory enforcement in Abuja.

In a recent media chat, President Tinubu described Wike as a “good man” and a “performing minister.” The delegation also included former governors James Ibori of Delta State and Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State.
