Tribunal Mandates SANEF Creatives to Pay N19.4 Billion Over Breach of National Theatre Contract

Learn about the Arbitration Tribunal’s landmark ruling ordering SANEF Creatives to pay N19.4 billion for the unlawful termination of the National Theatre contract. Overview of the Tribunal’s Decision An Arbitration Tribunal in Lagos State has delivered a verdict mandating SANEF Creatives Ltd, a subsidiary of the Central Bank of Nigeria’s (CBN) Bankers’ Committee, to compensate Hanson Dredging and Marine Service Ltd (HDMS) with ₦19.4 billion. The case stemmed from the unlawful termination of a contract involving dredging and reclamation work at the Lagos Creative Entertainment Centre (LCEC), commonly known as the National Theatre. The Sole Arbitrator, Engineer Ayo Fanimokun, made this ruling on December 30, 2024, resolving a contractual dispute between HDMS and SANEF Creatives, a special-purpose vehicle created by the Bankers’ Committee. Background to the Dispute The conflict began in May 2022 when SANEF Creatives abruptly terminated a contract signed with HDMS on November 11, 2021. HDMS had already completed over 60% of the dredging and reclamation project before the termination. HDMS argued that project delays were caused by unforeseen risks, including the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and economic challenges. The company requested a contract review, but SANEF rejected the request and instead terminated the agreement, citing the 36-week project timeline as the reason. To complicate matters, SANEF, with interference from the CBN, debited ₦4.2 billion already paid to HDMS. In response, HDMS took legal action, seeking relief for what they termed an unlawful contract termination. HDMS’s Claims and Tribunal Findings HDMS, represented by Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) Dr. Charles Mekwunye, sought 13 reliefs, including: In defense, SANEF, represented by Paul Usoro (SAN), argued that the contract’s termination was lawful and filed a ₦70 billion counterclaim, alleging losses due to HDMS’s refusal to remove equipment from the project site. After eight sittings and reviewing 46 exhibits with expert witness testimonies, the Tribunal resolved most issues in HDMS’s favor. Key Rulings by the Tribunal Implications of the Verdict This ruling highlights the importance of adhering to contractual obligations and the consequences of interference by powerful entities like the CBN. The Tribunal’s decision serves as a precedent for similar cases in Nigeria’s legal and business sectors. Conclusion The Arbitration Tribunal’s ₦19.4 billion award to HDMS underscores the need for fairness and accountability in contract enforcement. SANEF Creatives’ actions, deemed premature and unlawful, highlight the critical role of arbitration in resolving complex contractual disputes. Destiny on a Bus: The Inspiring Journey of Segun Akano from Nigeria to Ireland

Discover the inspiring story of Segun Akano, a Nigerian musician in Ireland, whose journey of resilience and cultural integration bridges two worlds through music and community. From Lagos to Dublin: A Journey of Resilience and Hope At just 17 years old, Segun Akano embarked on a life-changing journey from Nigeria to Ireland, carrying nothing but dreams and determination. With no prior knowledge of the country or its people, Segun’s story is a testament to resilience, cultural integration, and the power of music. Starting Afresh in an Unknown Land Segun’s transition to Ireland was not an easy one. Initially, he arrived in London but soon moved to Ireland through a series of chance encounters. Alone and terrified, Segun’s singular focus was on education. “I just wanted to go to school,” he recalls. He sought asylum and lived for over three years at the Old Schoolhouse hostel in Dún Laoghaire. During this time, he completed his Leaving Certificate at St Laurence College, Loughlinstown, and pursued engineering studies at IT Tallaght. To support himself, he worked night shifts at a petrol station while trekking to Naas every Sunday to play music for Pentecostal church services. Challenges and the Role of Community Life as an asylum seeker came with its share of challenges. Segun faced societal and systemic hurdles but found solace and support in communities around him. Organizations like the Dún Laoghaire Refugee Project, led by Mary King and Rita Canavan, and individuals like David Hicks, Ed and Doriel Molloy, played pivotal roles in his life. Segun also immersed himself in theater and music, performing with Bisi Adigun of Arambe Productions. These creative outlets not only kept him engaged but also helped him contribute meaningfully to Irish society. In 2008, his asylum application was denied, but he received leave to remain on humanitarian grounds. He later became an Irish citizen in 2013. Music: A Bridge Between Cultures Despite his technical background, music remained central to Segun’s life. He is a multi-instrumentalist, playing percussion instruments like bongos, djembe, and talking drum, as well as keyboards and bass guitar. Segun is the musical director of the Yankari Afrobeat Collective, a 13-member band blending Afrobeat, jazz, and electronic music. The group will perform at the Button Factory as part of TradFest on January 24th. For Segun, music is more than entertainment—it’s a primal connection that unites people. “Drumming is the first thing that connects us as humans. It’s primal, a rhythm that transcends culture,” he shares. The Journey Comes Full Circle Reflecting on his life, Segun attributes much of his success to Ireland’s generosity and the kindness of its people. However, he acknowledges that challenges remain for migrants, including instances of prejudice. “We are all migrants,” he says, emphasizing the need for understanding and compassion. Today, Segun is not just a musician but also an entrepreneur. He co-founded Orogun Media, a company supporting artists in monetizing their content. This dual identity as a musician and engineer reflects his belief in merging creativity with technical expertise. A Message of Hope and Gratitude Now married to an Irish set designer, with three children aged 8 to 13, Segun ensures his kids stay connected to their Nigerian heritage through music. While Ireland is now home, his ties to Nigeria remain strong. “Here established me. This is who I am today,” he says. Segun’s journey from Lagos to Dublin is a powerful reminder of the human spirit’s ability to adapt, thrive, and build bridges across cultures. As he continues to inspire through his music and life story, Segun Akano embodies the essence of resilience, creativity, and hope. Why Nigeria’s National Grid Faces Continuous Collapse

Discover why Nigeria’s national grid continues to collapse. Minister of Power, Adebayo Adelabu, cites insecurity and delayed repairs of the Shiroro-Kaduna-Mando transmission line as key reasons. The Nigerian Minister of Power, Adebayo Adelabu, has explained why the country’s national electricity grid remains vulnerable to frequent collapses. During the 2025 budget defense session with the Senate Joint Committee on Power, held on Monday, the Minister revealed that insecurity in the northern region has hindered the repair of a vital transmission line. Insecurity Hampers Grid Stability According to Adelabu, the Shiroro-Kaduna-Mando transmission line, a critical component of Nigeria’s power infrastructure, has been out of service since October 2024 due to vandalism. This incident, he stated, has dealt a severe blow to the country’s power sector and is a significant contributor to the grid’s instability. “The Shiroro-Kaduna-Mando line is one of two major transmission lines delivering electricity to northern Nigeria,” the Minister explained. “While the second line, the Ugwuaji-Makurdi transmission line, has been successfully repaired, the Shiroro line remains out of operation due to persistent security challenges in the region.” The Grid’s Fragility Explained Adelabu highlighted that the reliance on a single functioning transmission line in the north places undue strain on the national grid, making it highly fragile and prone to failure. “This dependency creates a significant risk. Whenever a collapse occurs, we can only focus on swift restoration efforts to minimize the impact,” he added. The Way Forward The Minister’s remarks underline the urgent need for improved security measures and investments in power infrastructure to stabilize Nigeria’s electricity grid. Without addressing these issues, frequent grid collapses will likely persist, hampering economic growth and daily life for millions of Nigerians. Bridging Nigeria’s 21 Million Housing Deficit: N5 Trillion Needed Annually for 2.7 Million Units

Nigeria is currently facing a significant housing crisis, with a staggering 21 million-unit deficit. This challenge looms as the nation’s population, now at 220 million, continues to grow at an annual rate of 2.5%. Moreover, urbanization is accelerating, with the United Nations predicting that 60% of Nigerians will live in cities by 2030 unless urgent action is taken. The Scale of the Housing Gap Despite the massive shortfall, numerous luxury housing units remain unoccupied across the country, particularly in estates developed by private firms. The high cost of these properties is a major deterrent. Additionally, there are countless abandoned housing projects by both the government and private developers. To close the 21 million-unit housing gap, experts estimate that Nigeria needs to invest over ₦5 trillion annually and construct 2.7 million housing units each year for the next decade. Insights from Real Estate Experts Speaking at the Africa International Housing Show in Abuja, stakeholders revealed that the housing deficit might be closer to 20 million units. However, bridging this gap still requires constructing 550,000 units annually, demanding an estimated ₦5.5 trillion investment per year. This figure represents a significant opportunity for investors in Nigeria’s real estate market. Nuel Osilama, Vice President of the Real Estate Developers’ Association of Nigeria (REDAN), emphasized the importance of a collective effort: Challenges Contributing to the Housing Crisis Solutions to Revitalize Housing Projects Government Efforts and Future Plans The Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development has initiated a Demand-Driven Housing Strategy to prevent unsold and abandoned projects. Recently, the government launched an online housing portal, which has already recorded over 28,000 applications. Minister Arc. Ahmed Dangiwa highlighted plans to deliver 50,000 housing units, though this figure is far below the annual requirement of 550,000 units. The ministry is also working to establish a National Social Housing Fund (NSHF) to ensure vulnerable groups have access to decent accommodation. Global Recommendations and Real Estate Investment Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo, a seasoned real estate investor, stressed the importance of adopting the Sustainable Development Goal 11, which focuses on affordable and sustainable housing for all by 2030. He noted that achieving this goal in Nigeria would require constructing 700,000 units annually for 20 years, with an estimated investment of ₦59 trillion. Security Concerns in Housing Development Insecurity poses a significant challenge in some states. Developers in regions like Imo State report kidnappings and other threats, discouraging investors and buyers. Improved rural security and infrastructure, such as better roads, can encourage development outside urban centers. Conclusion Nigeria’s housing crisis is a pressing issue that demands coordinated efforts from all stakeholders. By investing in affordable housing, promoting local manufacturing, and leveraging innovative financing solutions, the country can close its housing gap and provide millions with safe, decent homes. The time to act is now. READ ALSO: Follow the LMSINT MEDIA channel on WhatsApp: Join Our WhatsApp Group Hear: Chat on WhatsApp Join our Telegram Chanel.

Rhapsody Of Realities January 14th 2025, BE FAITHFUL WITH HIS INVESTMENT

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain… (John 15:16). When God gives you an opportunity of service of any kind and at whatever capacity, it’s essential that you recognize and use it. God is not a wasteful investor. He doesn’t invest in a place or person that yields no results. Think about it; if you were an investor, would you continue pouring resources into a project that shows no progress? Of course not! Now, if man, in his limited human wisdom, would be cautious with his investments, how much more would God? Each one of us is an investment of God. He expects us to bear fruits with the resources, gifts, talents, blessings and opportunities He’s entrusted to us. I love the way Paul puts it in 1 Corinthians 4:1; he calls us stewards, and in verse 2 he says, “Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.” So, are you a faithful steward of God’s investment? In John 15:2, the Lord Jesus said, “Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.” He cuts off the supply to the unfruitful branch; no more testimonies because the supply isn’t there anymore. God won’t waste His investment. So, let Him trust you. He said in the 16th verse, “…I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain…” (John 15:16). What a privilege; what a blessing! The Lord Jesus Himself has chosen and ordained us to be fruitful. He ordained you to bring forth lasting fruits. Hallelujah! This is your mission. You’re a missionary to your world, chosen by God for this purpose. As long as you remain faithful, God will continue to invest in you and trust you with more. Paul said, “And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who hath enabled me, for that he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry” (1 Timothy 1:12). The Lord will enable you, promote you, and continue to pour His resources into your life as you bear fruits for His Kingdom. PRAYERDear Father, I thank you for choosing and ordaining me to bear fruit for your Kingdom. I acknowledge the great investment you have made in my life. By your Spirit, I remain connected to the vine, producing results in every area of my life. I am forever fruitful, productive, profitable and committed to using every opportunity for your glory, winning souls and sponsoring the Gospel, in Jesus mighty Name. Amen. Rhapsody Of Realities January 13th 2025, FAITH AND SACRIFICE

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions (Hebrews 11:33). In 1 Kings 3, we read about Solomon offering one thousand burnt offerings to God. As a result, God appeared to him that night and said, “…Ask what I shall give thee” (1 Kings 3:5). Solomon was only required to offer one burnt offering, but he went above and beyond, offering a thousand. As a result, he received divine attention. Realizing the power of his offering, the next time he was to offer oblation to the Lord, he made it 22,000 burnt offerings. And once again, God responded by speaking to him and granting him promises. Also consider the example of Noah in Genesis 8. After the Flood, Noah’s first act was to build an altar and offer burnt offerings of every clean beast and bird. The Bible says, “And the LORD smelled a sweet savour…” and as a result, God made a promise: “…I will not again curse the ground any more for man’s sake…” (Genesis 8:21). Noah’s offering was like incense rising to heaven, a sweet-smelling aroma for which God released promises and blessings for Noah and his sons, giving them dominion over all the earth: “…Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth…into your hand are they delivered” (Genesis 9:1-2). Similarly, the Lord Jesus obtained promises through His sacrificial death for us on the Cross. Following His obedience and vicarious sacrifice, the Bible says,“Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name” (Philippians 2:9). Jesus obtained dominion over all because He was obedient in offering Himself. The Bible speaks of others who also obtained promises through their faith and actions as read in our opening scripture. The Greek word for promise in that verse is “epaggelia,” which means to get an announcement of something good that God has given you. This principle remains the same; you too can cause God to announce something good for you through your sacrificial offering, through the power of faith and the principle of sacrifice. It’s one of the reasons why giving to God is so important. You can be praying and He’ll say something to you in your spirit just as in the examples above. Hallelujah! PRAYERDear Father, I thank you for the power of faith and the principle of sacrifice. I walk in your grace today for answered prayers. My oblations of faith and righteousness rise as a sweet-smelling savour to you, and I walk in the fulfilment of your promises in my life. I live in dominion and walk in the victory of your Word, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. Rhapsody Of Realities January 12th 2025, THE POWER IS IN HIS NAME

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD …In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover (Mark 16:17-18).*_ When it comes to using the Name of Jesus, the power has nothing to do with your own ability, strength or how loud you shout! The demons have no choice; when you cast them out in the Name of Jesus, they know they’ve got to go. Ponder again some of the things listed in our opening scripture that the Lord said we can do in His Name: Cast out devils, take up serpents, unharmed by deadly poison, lay hands on the sick for them to recover. This is absolutely transcendent. It lets you know the power in the Name of Jesus. His Name is an instrument of terror against devils, sickness, disease and infirmities. Peter understood this; that’s why in Acts 3, when he and John encountered a man who had been lame from birth, he used the Name of Jesus to effect a cure in the man’s impotent feet. When the man reached out for alms, Peter said, _*”…Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk”*_ (Acts 3:6). The miracle drew a crowd, and Peter took the opportunity to preach Jesus Christ, explaining that it was the Name of Jesus that made the man whole. What this man couldn’t do for years, he did in a moment because of the power in the Name of Jesus. Even now, I say to you in the Name of Jesus, you’re loosed from any infirmity that might have held you bound. What you haven’t been able to do for years, you can do now in the Name of Jesus! Perhaps you have a child who has been unable to walk since birth, or maybe you’ve been held down by sickness or cancer; that child is healed now! And you’re free of that sickness in the Name of Jesus. Believe and activate these words in your situation, and they shall be so. Amen. There’s power in that Name. That Name is the greatest Name in heaven, in hell, and in the universe! When you call that Name, all of heaven responds, Satan, hell and all demons tremble and bow to its authority. Call on that Name today with the understanding of its significance and power, and you’ll surely have a miracle. Moment of Worship:   *PRAYER*  *Dear Father, thank you for the power and authority in the Name of Jesus. In His Name, I walk in victory over sickness, lack and any form of oppression. Rhapsody Of Realities January 11th 2025, THE DAYS OF THE GREATER GLORY

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD …Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain (James 5:7). The Lord Jesus referred to the Father as the husbandman, and we, the body of Christ, are the precious fruit of the earth that He waits for. The apostle James, in the theme verse, also tells us that the husbandman patiently waits until He receives the early and latter rain (James 5:7). We understand that concerning lsrael, the latter rain began on the Day of Pentecost. Peter confirmed this when he said, “…it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh…” (Acts 2:17). This was the beginning of the outpouring that had been prophesied to take place in the last days. Hosea 6:3 gives us further insight into this promise: “Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.” This rain, spoken of in Hosea, pertains to both Israel and the Church. For Israel, the latter rain came at Pentecost, marking the outpouring of the Holy Spirit on the early Church. However, within the Church, that outpouring on the Day of Pentecost was not the latter rain but the early rain. The early rain is the seed-time rain, the rain that comes after the Word of God has been sown, causing it to sprout and grow. Acts 2 marked the start of the Church with the descent of the Holy Spirit, the beginning of a new era for the Church. The prophet Haggai also spoke of a greater glory to come: “The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former…” (Haggai 2:9). This means that even though the early rain was glorious, the latter rain, which we are now experiencing, will far exceed what we saw at the beginning. We are living in the days of that greater glory, where the Church will manifest even more of God’s grace and power. Peter, James and John lived in the last days concerning Israel, but we live in the last days concerning the Church. The latter rain for lsrael is the early rain for the Church, and we’re living in the time of the fullness of that latter rain. Hallelujah! Rhapsody Of Realities January 10th 2025, SATAN DOESN’T KNOW EVERYTHING

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory (1 Corinthians 2:7-8) There’re those who think the devil has the ability to read human minds and know exactly what is going on in their thoughts. But that’s untrue! The devil cannot read the human mind any more than an intelligent person can guess what’s in your mind simply by observing your mannerisms, body movements and body language. Satan is a created being and as such, he doesn’t have the power or omniscience of God. Satan doesn’t know everything. This limitation is evident in various instances throughout the Bible. For example, after Jesus was born, Herod, disturbed by the news of a new “King of the Jews” born in Bethlehem, secretly inquired from the Magi about the exact location of the child. After being warned in a dream not to return to Herod, the Magi went back to their country via another route. Herod, feeling deceived, ordered the massacre of all male children from ages two and below in Bethlehem and its vicinity, hoping to kill the prophesied new king. That’s to show you that Satan’s knowledge is limited. Even today, he’s not privy to all that we know or all that God knows. His actions are based on his limited understanding rather than any ability to foresee the entirety of God’s plan. But thanks be unto God; the Bible says God has revealed these things to us by His Spirit: _*”…for the Spirit searches all things, yea, the deep things of God”*_ (1 Corinthians 2:10). Satan doesn’t have access to these deep things; he isn’t privy to the intricate details of God’s plans for your life, unless they’re revealed by your own actions or speech. And guess what? He can’t stop the plans and blessings of God from coming to pass in your life, except with your cooperation of course. That’s why it’s important to speak in tongues; as we do, we speak deep mysteries concerning God’s plans, including those related to our lives. The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 14:2 that no man understands what we’re saying when we speak in tongues; not even the devil. But God reveals these mysteries to us through the Holy Spirit. Moment of Worship:  *PRAYER* *Dear Father, I thank you for your omniscience and for the victory I have in Jesus Christ. l am grateful that you’re all-knowing and that nothing escapes your understanding. I walk in your guidance and wisdom and rely on your perfect plan for my life, confident that you’re aware of all things and have given me dominion over Satan and the powers of darkness, in Jesus’ Name. Rhapsody Of Realities January 9th 2025, FAITH AND WORSHIP

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou Son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil (Matthew 15:22) In our last two studies, we reviewed two important mysteries about prayer: lifting up of our hands and praying in the night watches. There’s also another mystery about prayer that has to do with faith and worship. I’ll explain this with an intriguing story in the Bible. In Matthew 15:22, we read about a woman of Canaan who cried out to Jesus for help. The situation was dire; her daughter was afflicted by a demon, and the physicians couldn’t help. Despite her desperate plea, the Lord Jesus initially remained silent. Verse 23 says, …he answered her not a word…. The Master’s silence didn’t deter the woman as she remained importunate. The disciples, uncomfortable by the Master’s silence, urged Him to rather send the woman away because she was causing a disturbance. Finally, the Lord spoke, saying, _*”…l am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel”*_ (Matthew 15:24). Undeterred, the woman decided to add worship to her faith-request; the Bible says she came and worshipped Jesus, saying, _*”…Lord, help me”*_ (Matthew 15:25). At that moment, the conversation shifted; Jesus then responded with a seemingly strong statement: _*”…It is not meet to take the children’s bread, and to cast it to dogs”*_ (Matthew 15:26). Yet unmoved, the woman still expressed her faith saying, _*”…Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters’ table”*_ (Matthew 15:27). Her response was a demonstration of great faith and humility. In verse 28, Jesus commended her; saying, _*”…O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt….”*_ Her daughter was healed from that very hour. This story reveals a profound lesson: worship can be the key that unlocks divine responses when it seems like there’s silence from God. The woman’s persistent faith and worship led to her miracle. Have you ever prayed and it seemed like you weren’t hearing anything from the Lord? You’re wishing you could hear from God and it seems as though there’s no response? Do what the woman did. In faith, worship the Lord profusely and sincerely, and you’ll get a response. Hallelujah! Moment of Worship:  *PRAYER* *Dear Father, I worship and adore you, the everlasting King of glory, the only wise and true God, gracious, holy, righteous, pure and kind. Yours, O Lord, is the greatness, the power, the glory, the majesty and the splendour! Amen.* *FURTHER STUDY* *||* *John 4:23-24* *||* *Matthew 15:22-28 NKJV* *||* *Hebrews 11:6* *||* *Psalm 34:1*  TRAD ALSO: DAILY AFFIRMATIONS; I am loaded with good things, and my life is like a city set on a hill that can not be hidden. Rhapsody Of Realities January 8th 2025, PRAYER IN THE NIGHT WATCHES

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD Arise, cry out in the night: in the beginning of the watches pour out thine heart like water before the face of the Lord: lift up thy hands toward him for the life of thy young children… (Lamentations 2:19) Another mystery revealed to us in the Word is a secret about prayer that God’s people need to understand. In Lamentations 2:19, we see a situation where the people needed deliverance for their children. Observe that the prophet didn’t just say “Cry out; rather, he said, Arise, cry out in the night…. There was a specificity; it had to be at night. There’s something about praying in the night. Even though He didn’t say you should pray every night, there’re specific times when the Holy Spirit will lead you to pray in the night; that’s why walking with the Spirit is so important. Night here isn’t just 9pm or 10 pm; it’s the wee hours of the morning, at the beginning of the watches, that’s after 12 midnight. Notice what He tells you to do at that time of the night: _*”…pour out thine heart like water before the face of the Lord…”*_ (Lamentations 2:19). This is no casual prayer; you pour out your heart before God. Then, what else? “Lift up thy hands toward Him for the life of thy young children.” Some parents have faced situations where a child had become wayward or errant, delinquent and unruly, ensnared by the devil. Don’t stand by helplessly, as if you can’t bring about a change in that child’s life; deal strongly in prayer and deliver your son or daughter. Get up at midnight and pray! Use this secret of prayer that I’m sharing with you now. Lift up your hands and pray that child back into the will of God. Declare that he or she is turned away from the world’s influences, drawn to the Word, and inspired by the things of the Kingdom. Declare that Satan has nothing in your child and that henceforth, the visions of the Spirit will be kindled in the heart of that child, imbuing him or her with the boldness and courage to fulfil divine purpose with joy. Perhaps it’s sickness or disease that has taken hold of that child; you must deliver that child in prayer. Pray this way and the Lord will intervene in the situation and restore the child to perfection. The instruction is for you to pour out your heart and lift up your hands toward God at night. This is how you take charge and bring deliverance to your children. Hallelujah! *PRAYER* *Dear Father, I pray against every influence of darkness that seeks to capture the hearts of children and young people, including peer pressure, negative media and worldly ideologies. I declare that they’re walking in the light and rejecting every unfruitful work of evil as they walk in righteousness and fulfil their purpose in Christ, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.* *FURTHER STUDY* Psalm 63:6* When I remember thee upon my bed, [and] meditate on thee in the [night] watches. Psalm 119:62* At midnight I will rise to give thanks unto thee because of thy righteous judgments. Luke 6:12* And it came to pass in those days, that he went out into a mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God.
