The Nigerian Senate has urged the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, to suspend ongoing demolitions of structures in Abuja unless authorized by court rulings. This decision followed a motion raised by Senator Ireti Kingibe (FCT) during a plenary session.
