According to a press release from Segun Imohiosen, Director of Information and Public Relations at the presidency, the change in plan is directly linked to the President’s confirmed attendance at the National Assembly’s joint sitting, where he will share his message with the nation.

“All other plans remain unchanged as previously announced,” the statement emphasized.
