Paul Okoye (Rudeboy) and his older brother, Jude Okoye, have reportedly filed a lawsuit against their brother, Peter Okoye (Mr. P), accusing him of stealing. The issue centers around claims that Mr. P’s latest song, “Winning,” was originally written by Rudeboy during the last P-Square reunion, but was allegedly taken and released by Mr. P without consent.
Mr. P has vowed to set aside family ties and confront both Paul and Jude Okoye, asserting that he has endured enough disrespect.
In Mr. P’s words: “I know P-Square disappointed many of you. Call us names, call us immature—it’s fine. I get it. But if anyone spreads falsehoods about me and I have proof, I will defend myself. Let’s keep WINNING. You claim you wrote the song and didn’t know @calypso60music? Then why is @calypso60music and I giving you details about the lyrics? JUST FOR THE RECORD! JUDE and PAUL, through their lawyer, are taking steps to remove the song from all music platforms. But I will fight this battle to the end with full determination!”
