Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, has announced that his administration has successfully delivered on 85% of the commitments made to the people of Kano State, with just 15% of the pledges remaining to be accomplished. This revelation comes as his tenure progresses into the latter half of his constitutional four-year mandate.
While addressing attendees at the event, Governor Yusuf highlighted that the 85% achievement rate was determined following a comprehensive performance evaluation submitted to the Kano State Executive Council.
“After conducting a thorough review last week, I am pleased to confirm that 85% of our promises have been fulfilled. With two years remaining in this administration, we are left with just 15% to achieve,” Governor Yusuf stated.
Additionally, Governor Yusuf issued a charge to the new appointees, urging them to exhibit transparency, integrity, and accountability in their duties. He emphasized the prudent management of public finances and stressed the importance of prioritizing the welfare of the people in every governmental action.
