Wike Holds Private Meeting with PDP Secretary Anyanwu and Party Leaders in Abuja

The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has engaged in a high-level private meeting with prominent members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) who are aligned with his political structure.

According to reports, the crucial gathering is currently being hosted at Wike’s official residence in Abuja, the nation’s capital. The meeting commenced at exactly 8:40 pm and quickly transitioned into a closed-door session, signaling the sensitive nature of the discussions.

PDP Leaders Present at the Meeting

Several influential figures within the PDP were in attendance. Among them was the National Secretary of the Party, Senator Samuel Anyanwu, who has been a central figure in recent internal party conversations. Also present was the National Vice Chairman for the South-South region, Chief Dan Orbih, alongside former Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom.

In addition, former Abia State Governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu, and former Enugu State Governor, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, were also part of the meeting. Another notable participant was former Senator representing Rivers East, George Sekibo, accompanied by several other zonal and state chairmen of the party.
