Verydarkman Recovers N78m Of Stolen NGO Funds, Investigation Continues

Controversial social commentator Verydarkman has revealed progress in recovering stolen funds from his NGO account. He announced that ₦78 million of the ₦180 million allegedly siphoned from the organization’s account has been retrieved.

This disclosure follows his initial outcry on Instagram last Friday, where he reported that hackers had breached the NGO’s account, leading to the disappearance of a significant amount of money.

While his claims initially stirred skepticism online, many questioned the authenticity of the situation.

Sharing an update on Sunday, Verydarkman took to Instagram to express gratitude for the support he’s received and to outline the ongoing recovery efforts.

“I appreciate everyone who checked up on me and want to thank God for the progress made. So far, we’ve recovered ₦78 million. Although the suspect indicated that his accomplice has fled to Ghana, we are hopeful as plans to head there are underway,” he stated.
