Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) clinched a semi-final place despite a narrow 3-2 defeat away to Aston Villa. The French champions stunned Villa early with goals from wing-backs Achraf Hakimi and Nuno Mendes, giving them a quick 2-0 advantage at Villa Park.
Villa, led by Unai Emery, mounted a strong comeback and netted three times. However, it wasn’t enough to overturn the first-leg result, as PSG advanced 5-4 on aggregate.

Barcelona entered their away clash with Borussia Dortmund holding a massive 4-0 advantage from the first leg at the Spotify Camp Nou. Although they fell 3-1 in the second leg in Germany, they still moved forward with a comfortable 5-3 aggregate score.
Serhou Guirassy was the standout performer for Dortmund, netting a hat-trick, but his heroics weren’t enough to complete the comeback.
