Scientists cannot locate the essence of life within the human body. They can pinpoint the heart, the brain, and other organs, but the life-force itself remains elusive. Life—the very thing that animates every living being—is undetectable. Now consider this: the life that scientists can’t find, the essence they can’t locate, the phenomenon they’re unable to explain, became flesh: “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us…” (John 1:14).
