A Federal High Court in Kaduna has sentenced eight young men to prison over their involvement in internet fraud and financial crime, in a major legal crackdown spearheaded by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). Presiding over the matter was Justice R.M. Aikawa, who issued the verdict after the Kaduna Zonal Command of the EFCC successfully prosecuted the case against the suspects. The individuals convicted are Abdulrasheed Dayyabu, Abdulrahman Salim, Abubakar Ali Uba, Falalu Tanko, Ishaq Haruna, Muhammad Faisal, Muhammad Sani Ahmed, and Hassan Umar. Each of the accused faced individual charges centered on cybercrime activities, including identity theft, unlawful fund possession, internet-based financial scams, and aiding others in retaining proceeds of criminal acts. For instance, the charge read in court against Abdulrasheed Dayyabu stated: “That you, Abdulrasheed Dayyabu, sometime in the year 2024, at Kaduna, within the jurisdiction of the Federal High Court of Nigeria, did aid one Buhari to commit an offence, to wit: retention of proceeds of criminal conduct and thereby committed an offence contrary to Section 21(a) of the Money Laundering (Prevention & Prohibition) Act, 2022 and punishable under Section 20(b) of the same Act.” Another case presented against Falalu Tanko noted: “That you, Falalu Tanko, sometime in June, 2025 in Kaduna within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court retained the total sum of $3,000 which you knew formed part of proceeds of an unlawful act, and thereby committed an offence contrary to Section 18(2)(d) of the Money Laundering (Prevention & Prohibition) Act, 2022 and punishable under Section 18(3) of the same Act.” All eight defendants admitted guilt to the charges leveled against them. This means the Holy Ghost vitalizes, energizes and rejuvenates your body. As you pray in tongues, the Holy Spirit will stir up in you the Word of God that’s in your spirit. Soon enough you’ll find that you’re pacing the floor, declaring, “I am of God; I’m born of God; the greater One lives in me; He permeates every fibre of my being, every bone of my body, and every cell of my blood. He fills my head, my hands, and my feet. He perambulates my heart, my blood, my lungs, my kidneys, my eyes. I am saturated with God! Hallelujah!” Do this today and every other day; speak in tongues with your mind focused on the power of God coursing through your being. Then keep declaring, “My body is invigorated with supernatural strength, and I am energized by the power of the Holy Spirit. Sickness has no power over me because I have taken hold of eternal life. I am not moved by symptoms or circumstances because my faith is the victory that overcomes the world. I live in victory every day. Hallelujah!” Stir up yourself in the Holy Ghost like this, speaking in tongues and declaring God’s Word until your whole body vibrates with the power of God and your spiritual atmosphere is charged with divine energy. That way, you’ve regulated things in the realm of the Spirit. It makes no difference whatever may be happening around you or the sickness that may be plaguing others; you’re unmoved because you’re strengthened and energized by the Holy Ghost, filled with divine might and ability to dominate the forces of darkness and tame circumstances. PRAYERDear Father, I thank you for the Holy Spirit who vitalizes my body and saturates my entire being with divine power. I’m strengthened and energized, filled with might and ability. I walk in health, dominion and victory every day, full of power, and full of glory, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. I am like the Lord Jesus. As He is, so am I in this world. I already have victory over Satan, death, hell, and the world. I am fearless. I have no sense of lack. I live in absolute mastery and dominion over all things. The same Holy Spirit that worked in Jesus is at work in me today, causing me to shine in health, peace with prosperity, and unstoppable success. Through me, Christ – the perfection of beauty – shines. God made me perfect; there is nothing in me that should not be there, and there is nothing that should be in me that isn’t there. I unleash health, prosperity, and victory in my life. I walk in victory and dominion over Satan, as well as the world and its systems. Whatsoever is born of God overcomes the world. I am born of God; therefore, I have overcome the world. It makes no difference the difficulties that may come my way, I am victorious in all things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
