“I’d sit on my staircase crying. I had responsibilities, including caring for my parents. Everything just started going wrong,” he said.

He eventually rose back to prominence in 2022 with the viral success of Who Is Your Guy, a hit single that redefined his journey in the music industry. Since then, he has worked with other notable artists such as Tiwa Savage and Simi, showing that resilience pays off.
