A Russian missile strike on Thursday claimed the life of at least one person and left five others injured, damaging a civilian warehouse in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro.

Serhiy Lysak, the regional governor, reported the devastating attack via the Telegram app, which also led to a large-scale fire. Visuals shared by regional prosecutors revealed a building with collapsed walls engulfed in smoke and flames, while local news channels showed videos of thick black smoke billowing into the sky.

The missile struck a warehouse that stored diapers, according to Dnipro’s mayor, Borys Filatov. Additionally, Serhiy Lysak confirmed that a Russian drone attack in the nearby town of Nikopol injured 13 people and severely damaged a residential building.

The tragedy didn’t stop there. Another missile strike on Friday in Kryvyi Rih claimed the lives of 9 children and 11 adults, leaving the region in mourning.
