Rhapsody of Realities October 16th 2025, THE LAW OF THE SPIRIT OF LIFE

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death (Romans 8:2).

In 1 John 3:4, the Apostle John writes, “Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.” But then, Paul in 1 Timothy 1:9 tells us, “Knowing this that the law is not made for a righteous man;” and we are the righteous. It then gives rise to the question, “As Christians, are we under any law at all?”

Yes, we are, but it’s a different kind of law. It’s not the law of Moses. It’s not the law of sin and death. It’s the law of the Spirit of life. That’s what the Apostle James called the perfect law of liberty in James 1:25: “But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.”

That phrase “perfect law of liberty” is an interesting play of words. Law typically implies restriction, yet here it produces liberty. This law works inside us to cancel the restrictions or inhibitions from Satan. For example, when sickness attacks the body, it’s a corruption or an inhibition of the person’s health. But thanks be unto God, the Bible says the Lord Jesus Christ abolished death and brought life and immortality to light” (2 Timothy 1:10). Hallelujah!

Being born again, you have eternal life, and eternal life doesn’t require healing. Therefore, it doesn’t matter what attacks your body; if you’d stir up the life of God in your spirit, your whole body will be vitalized. The Bible says, “If the Spirit of Him that raised up Christ from the dead lives in you, He’ll vitalize your body” (Romans 8:11).

The Holy Spirit in you is life-generating. Whereas everything in the natural world degenerates, life works in you and in everything that’s connected to you because you’re in the realm of life. You’ve passed from death to life (John 5:24). Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the perfect law of liberty by which I live and function. I walk in the liberty of the Spirit, free from every limitation and empowered to execute your will. I declare that your purpose is fulfilled in and through me, and I bring forth your righteousness in all I do, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

DAILY AFFIRMATIONS:

I have been catapulted into God’s Kingdom of light and life where only divinity, success, victory, joy, peace, prosperity, and divine health reign. Victory is my heritage and my life; I was born to be triumphant always and in every place. Regardless of the challenges I may face, I will always win. By my words I chart my course in victory and success, and the anointing of God’s Spirit runs through every fibre of my being, making me sickness- and disease-free. I am an associate of the heavenly pantheon; eternal life is at work in me, making me master over circumstances. I have dominion over the systems of this world and superiority over sickness, disease, and defeat. I have overcome the world and its delusion, wickedness, hardship, greed, and deception, for I am crucified with Christ—yet not I, but Christ lives in me. I live in health, prosperity, and excellence, for Satan has nothing in me because I am full of the Spirit at all times.

God has structured the course of events in my favour; I walk in preordained pathways and fulfil my divine destiny to the glory of His Name. The Lord has filled my mouth with laughter and my heart with strength. Christ is my wisdom; therefore I have access to hidden riches and limitless insight. I am prudent, skillful, proficient, and sagacious, and the Spirit of God guides my thoughts, words, and ways into supernatural success. The glory of God is evident in my finances, health, family, business, and ministry. Christ in me is my guarantee of perfect health, prosperity, and success; divine health is my present-hour reality and my body responds only to the Word of God. I refuse all infirmity—arthritis, diabetes, cancer, tumors, paralysis, kidney failure, heart failure, and lung failure have no place in my body. Everything about me is perfect; I live, rule, and reign above them all.

I dwell in Zion, the city of the living God, where sickness is alien and illegal. The same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead vitalizes every part of my body; He repels sickness, disease, infirmity, and death. I am who God says I am, I have what He says I have, and I can do what He says I can do. I am a package of blessings, replete with God’s ability, wisdom, knowledge, glory, strength, and wealth. The glory of God beams through me with intensity; the Lord is my beauty and my excellence. He has magnified me and increased my greatness—angels direct doors of opportunity to me and good things are ministered to me freely. I make progress by the Spirit; my prosperity is from glory to glory. I am the excellent and the glorious, continually advancing in health, wealth, wisdom, and dominion, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen. Speak in tongues.
