As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby: If so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious (1 Peter 2:2-3).
When you lead people to Christ to receive salvation, at that moment, they’re still spiritual babies that must begin to learn the Word of God. The Word of God is the food for the human spirit; it’s the only material that guarantees spiritual growth. Therefore, new converts must be taught the Word and given the opportunity to learn the Word of God.
This is where going to church plays a key role. When you win souls, immediately introduce them to the local church where they can participate in the things of God and be trained and well-nurtured spiritually. When you fail to bring them into the church, you’re like a woman who gives birth to a baby, leaves the baby at the hospital’s maternity ward and goes home. That’s absurd.
It’s important to take those you’ve led to Christ to your church. Don’t tell them to go to any nice church. That’s like having a child and saying, “This child can go to any mother.” Instead, guide them to the church where you are. If the person believed your message about Jesus, they ought to know you came from somewhere.
When you bring them to your church, you can guarantee their spiritual growth because you know what they’re going to hear. Connect them with someone from your church—a leader or even the pastor. Let them know you’re excited about their salvation and that others will be excited about it too.
Make your evangelism complete. Help them see that their growth in Christ is a priority and that the church is the best environment for them to flourish spiritually. PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the privilege of leading others to Christ and guiding them in their journey of faith. I carry out evangelism with wisdom and love, ensuring those I lead to Christ are nurtured and established in the truth. Thank you for the church as a place of growth, fellowship and training in righteousness, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

DAILY AFFIRMATIONS:
I’m an heir of God’s Kingdom of blessings; divine life, health, prosperity, success, joy, peace and victory are mine in Christ. I’m blessed and I live in superabundance because I’m the seed of Abraham. I thank you Lord, for the Kingdom belongs to me; therefore, I have all things that pertain to life and godliness, and I flourish exceedingly in every good work. I’m a carrier of God’s blessings; everything that’s connected to me is blessed, grows and multiplies. I’m a dispenser of the Lord’s goodness to my world, the extension and manifestation of His manifold graces to all those I come in contact with today. The Lord has given me an extraordinary life of blessings and brought me into fellowship with Him. I walk in prosperity, health and peace today.
My progress is unstoppable because I cannot be limited by sickness, disease, or the negativities of the ordinary life. As Jesus is above all things, so am I. The Holy Spirit has beautified my life. He brings colour into my life. I live a wonderful, colourful, beautiful, and productive life. I am vitalized, refreshed, renewed, and restored by the Holy Spirit daily. The Lord has brought me to a large place. I live in a land flowing with milk and honey. Every challenge is bread for me. I devour challenges, every target is bread for me. The Lord is with me and for me! The Lord delights in me, and He has given me an eternal testimony. Everywhere I go, testimonies and shouts of joy and victory abound all around me.
I belong in God’s superior class of divine beings. I am a king, and my words are full of power and authority; therefore, I live a life of victory, success, divine health, abundance, excellence, and glory. I am not a victim in this life. I am born and called to be a victor. I enjoy extraordinary strength by the Holy Ghost and divine enablement in my inner man. My life is a life of ever-increasing glory and peace. There is no turmoil here because I flourish in God’s rest. I am not a victim but a victor. God’s Word is producing what it talks about in my life. God’s Word is alive in me; therefore, I cannot die. Every time I receive the Word of God, it goes into my spirit and permeates my body in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ. Amen. Speak in tongues.
