And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one (John 17:22).

John 17 recounts the beautiful prayer of the Lord Jesus, a profound and intimate moment that marked the culmination of His farewell discourse to His disciples, just before His arrest and crucifixion. In those precious words, the Lord Jesus spoke to the Father with deep love for His disciples, desiring their protection, unity, and sanctification.

Part of His endearing and amazing words is what we read in our opening scripture. He said, “And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them….” How extraordinary this is! He gave us His glory. Blessed be God! Many Christians pray, “Oh God, we will not take your glory.” Though this sounds religious, it’s unnecessary and incongruous with His truth.

The glory that Jesus received from the Father, He has given to us. Jesus Himself said it, and this glory is ours to walk in. Think about what this glory represents. In the Old Testament, the garment of the priest symbolized glory and righteousness. It was known as the robe of righteousness, and Jesus has clothed us with that very glory. Hallelujah!

Part of walking in God’s glory is walking in His divine provisions. To live in lack, sickness, poverty, or sin is not glorious. You’re called to walk in victory, in abundance, and in divine health. You’re called to reign in life. Walk in this consciousness every day, and you’ll see the manifestation of His power and abundance in your life.

Refuse to settle for less than what God has already provided for you. You’re a prince of power with God; called, sanctified, justified, and glorified. Therefore, manifest His glory everywhere: “But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light” (1 Peter 2:9).

PRAYER
Righteous Father, thank you for the glory you’ve given me in Jesus Christ. I’m endued with this glory, and I live above lack, sickness, and fear. I walk boldly in your glory, confident that all my needs have been entered into your supply system, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

DAILY AFFIRMATIONS:

I have sound knowledge and understanding. I have strength, might, and power. I speak excellent and princely things. I have an understanding heart. The opening of my lips are for right things. My words are all righteous. I speak the truth always. God has given me wisdom. There is nothing beyond me. There is nothing I cannot handle. I have a wise and discerning heart. Christ is my excellent wisdom. Nothing and no one can hurt or come against me successfully, for I have the unconquerable life of God. Satan and the powers of darkness are under my feet; therefore, I have nothing to fear. The impulses of fear have been completely disabled from my life. Irrespective of the situation, I’m bold and courageous, speaking the Word in faith.

All things are working for my good. I am blessed with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ Jesus and I take possession of my inheritance in Christ. My health, strength, and wealth are assured. Christ is mingled with my spirit. So, I refuse to be sick any day, anytime. I am invigorated with strength always. In the Name of Jesus, I refuse arthritis, diabetes, cancer, tumors, paralysis, kidney failure, heart failure, and lung failure in any place in my body. Everything about my body is perfect; my lungs, liver, heart, blood, and every part of me is perfect. I declare that I live, rule and reign above them all. There’s no death in my life, family, finances, business, or job because the One in me is greater.

I reject sickness, disease, and all the works of darkness and embrace the victorious and glorious life. I have passed from death to life, sin to righteousness, and sickness to health. I live in health. I am triumphant and sustained by the power and authority of that Name, today and always. The glory of God is beaming out of me with intensity. The Lord is my beauty. He is my sweet attractiveness. I am divinely enabled to see, think, say and, to do things that ordinary men cannot do. I am sagacious. I have an extraordinary amplitude of comprehension. I am a wonder and surprise to many. I’ve found life, peace, righteousness and everlasting joy. My life is a constant display of great joy. I am filled with glory. I experience the magnificent blessings that God has granted me in Jesus’ name. Amen. Speak in tongues.
