Rhapsody of Realities July 2nd 2025, STAY FOCUSED ON THE DIVINE MISSION

For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak (John 12:49).

The Lord Jesus was focused on His divine mission. He knew exactly what He came to do and was undistracted. He declared His purpose and remained committed to it: “For the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost” (Luke 19:10 NKJV).

Then in John 4:34 NKJV, He said,
“…My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work,” showing His deep commitment to completing the mission given to Him by the Father. But then in John 20:21, He said something remarkable, “…as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.” Therefore, like Him, we must stay focused on the divine mission.

He said in Mark 16:15, “…Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” This is the divine mission. Matthew 24:14 says “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.” Our mandate is to complete the full preaching of the Gospel in all nations this year; how focused are you on this?

Your accountability to the Lord would be on the basis of your participation in the Gospel. Anyone can say to you today, “You’re doing a great job,” but what truly matters is if you’re doing what the Lord said to do. Even in speech, the Lord Jesus set an example as seen in our theme verse. Every word He spoke was in alignment with the divine mission.

He said in John 8:29, “I always do those things that please the Father.” We’re called to emulate Him in all things. Therefore, let your life mirror the Master in speech, action and commitment to the divine mission. Stay focused on fulfilling the mandate of the Gospel. Personalize the mandate and live every day with the consciousness that necessity is laid on you to preach the Gospel. Nothing in this world is more important than that.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for setting me on a path of divine purpose. I walk in alignment with your will and in the consciousness that necessity is laid on me to preach the Gospel. My life is a reflection of true and unwavering commitment to the cause of the Gospel, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

1 Corinthians 9:16-17
For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel! 17 For if I do this thing willingly, I have a reward: but if against my will, a dispensation [of the gospel] is committed unto me.

DAILY AFFIRMATIONS:

I am in the centre of God’s will for my life and I am equipped with all things that pertain to life and godliness. I am filled with the fullness of God! The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; yes, I have a goodly heritage. I refuse to struggle for anything or respond in fear because God had not given unto me the spirit of fear. I am a king and my words are full of power and authority; therefore I live a life of victory, success, divine health, abundance, excellence, and glory. I am a victor, not a victim. God’s Word is producing what it talks about in my life. The Holy Ghost strengthens me with divine enablement in my inner man. I function today with the Spirit of might, dominion, and excellence.

The Lord is my refuge and my fortress. He shields me from deadly hazards. His outstretched arms protect me-under them I am perfectly safe. I fear nothing. My health is flourishing. Of my increase, greatness, prosperity, and flourishing, there shall be no end. I have strength for accomplishment. I have no unfinished goals or aborted dreams. Every one of my targets and dreams is coming to fruition speedily. I have unlimited access to inexhaustible riches. I’m plugged into a non-stop supply system. Goodness and mercy are attracted to me. The law of multiplication is at work in me, nothing diminishes in my hands. Wherever I invest my money, the Holy Spirit gives me the advantage. My profiting is undeniable and appears to all.

I make progress by the Spirit. The Spirit of God leads me in the path of unending prosperity. I’ve moved to the next and higher level of glory. I don’t lack anything, because the Lord is my Shepherd. My wealth is limitless, inestimable, and unquantifiable; my prosperity is of the Spirit; therefore, it’s unending. My life is the revelation of the glory of God. My eyes are opened to see financial opportunities and divine doors that are opened unto me to produce wealth. I am favoured by the right people in the right places at the right time. My prosperity is from glory to glory. I’m making great progress because I am mightily blessed of God. I have the supernatural grace to excel in all endeavors today and always, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
