Real Madrid have reportedly made a firm decision not to match Kylian Mbappé’s salary for fellow forward Vinicius Júnior, despite both being top-performing players at the club.

According to a detailed report by SER Deportivos, the Spanish giants have decided to give Vinicius a one-year grace period to significantly improve his performance. Should he fail to meet expectations, Real Madrid are prepared to put him up for sale instead of increasing his pay.

This bold stance follows the club’s unsuccessful contract renewal talks with the Brazilian winger earlier this month. Despite being close to finalizing a new deal, both parties could not reach an agreement due to disagreements over salary expectations.
