The founder and senior pastor of Grace Nation Bible Ministry, Pastor Chris Okafor, has finally addressed the ongoing controversy surrounding his alleged relationship with popular actress Doris Ogala.
During a marriage thanksgiving service on Sunday, Pastor Okafor addressed his congregation in a video that quickly went viral. He stated firmly:
“He that alleges must prove.”
Pastor Okafor explained that he had been instructed by God to remain silent regarding the allegations. He reflected on the emotional toll of being misrepresented, saying:
He emphasized that responding to false allegations would only glorify evil, and he maintained a strong spiritual stance against engaging publicly with accusations.
“We will never dignify a mad devil by replying publicly. To do so would be to glorify the devil. Hear me carefully: I have known God as my Father since childhood, and no one else can claim greater knowledge of Him than I do. I know who He is, and my faith in Him guides all my actions,” Pastor Okafor added.
The pastor further discussed the importance of prayer, patience, and adherence to legal protocols, making it clear that he respects both spiritual guidance and the laws of the country.
“In all we do, we pray, study, wait on the Lord, and follow His instructions. We also respect the law of this country, which is currently handling this matter. Anything anyone alleges must be proven in court. Do not worry; we are not silent—we are following the mature and proper steps to ensure the truth emerges. The authorities are involved, and I cannot disclose everything publicly. You would be shocked to know the people behind this, but for now, we must let the law take its course,” he concluded.
Pastor Okafor’s statement has generated significant discussion online, with many expressing support for his decision to let the legal system handle the situation while emphasizing the importance of spiritual integrity.
