Renowned Nigerian music star Omah Lay has survived a serious car accident that occurred over the weekend in Lagos, Nigeria.

According to circulating reports, the accident involved two Tesla trucks owned by the artist. The unfortunate incident is believed to have taken place on Saturday evening, although exact details are still emerging.

The news of the accident was first revealed by prominent UK-based music executive Adesope Olajide, popularly known as Shopsydoo, in a post shared via Instagram on Saturday night.

Sharing a video from the scene, Shopsydoo commented, “#OmahLay Tesla truck, thank God for life. Thank God he is safe. We go buy two more once that album drops. More stories to tell.”

From the footage now trending online, it is evident that both vehicles sustained significant damage in the collision. Despite the intensity of the crash, Omah Lay is reportedly in good health and has not sustained any life-threatening injuries.
