The 2023 presidential flag bearer of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, popularly known as Arusa I, on his official installation as the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland.
Peter Obi described the event as “a new dawn” for the people of Ibadanland, noting that the ascension of Oba Ladoja to the revered throne represents not only the continuity of cultural heritage but also a period of renewed hope for the Yoruba community.
