Nigeria’s Year Of Restoration: Bishop Adegbite Declares 2025 As A Year Of Hope

Bishop Stephen Adegbite, the Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC), has proclaimed 2025 as a pivotal year for Nigeria’s restoration.

In his heartfelt New Year message, Bishop Adegbite shared an optimistic vision for the nation, asserting that Nigeria will recover its lost glory and rise to prominence among global nations. He stated that Nigeria’s destiny is one of greatness, and no “forces of darkness” can derail its progress.

Bishop Adegbite emphasized the need for Nigerians to adopt a positive outlook and actively support the government at all levels to ensure the country’s advancement. “Nigeria must achieve tangible progress in 2025—progress so evident that even the blind will see it,” he declared.

He highlighted the nation’s abundant natural and human resources, affirming that success is within reach if properly harnessed. Bishop Adegbite encouraged Nigerians to place their trust in President Bola Tinubu’s administration, which is committed to delivering renewed hope through strategic policies designed to uplift the nation.

The NCPC leader also revealed that Nigerian Christian pilgrims currently in the Holy Land are fervently praying for the success of President Tinubu’s government and the well-being of the country’s leaders. These prayers, he noted, are aimed at ensuring that the nation’s leaders serve as examples of integrity and accountability.

The theme of the 2024 main pilgrimage, “Pilgrimage of Renewed Hope for Total Restoration,” was intentionally selected to reflect the Commission’s belief that this is the appointed time for Nigeria’s restoration.

Bishop Adegbite concluded his message by wishing all Nigerians a prosperous 2025 filled with peace, hope, and restoration.
