Our Lagos-based procurement team physically verifies availability, confirms product authenticity where possible, negotiates pricing, and prepares a comprehensive cost breakdown including product price, service fee, and logistics charges.
Step 3: Payment & Invoice Issuance
Upon your approval of the quotation, full payment is required before procurement begins. This ensures commitment, protects both parties, and allows us to execute your request professionally and efficiently.
Step 4: Inspection, Packaging & dispatch
We complete the purchase, conduct a basic visual inspection for accuracy, and dispatch the item through reliable logistics partners. Tracking details are shared where available, ensuring transparency until delivery.

Our pricing structure is transparent, professional, and designed to ensure clarity at every stage of the procurement process. Every transaction is calculated based on the following components:
Product Cost
This represents the verified market price of the item at the point of purchase in Lagos. We conduct physical sourcing and price confirmation before issuing a formal quotation.
Service Fee (5% – 15%)
Our professional procurement charge is calculated as a percentage of the product value, depending on complexity, risk level, negotiation requirements, and market conditions.
Logistics & Handling
Delivery charges vary based on destination, item size, weight, fragility, and urgency. We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure safe nationwide delivery.
Executive Consultation Fee – ₦20,000
For high-value, specialized, or complex sourcing requests, an Executive Consultation Fee of ₦20,000 applies.
This fee covers detailed market research, supplier verification, negotiation, and structured quotation preparation.
Important: The consultation fee is fully deductible from the final invoice once the procurement proceeds.
