In the ongoing summer transfer window, Liverpool has emerged as the biggest spender in the English Premier League, pushing their total spending close to a staggering £300 million. This development places them far ahead of traditional heavyweights like Chelsea, Arsenal, and Manchester City.

Arne Slot’s team has also outspent the combined total of Manchester City and Arsenal, who rank third and fourth respectively in the summer spending table. Manchester City has invested £128.8 million, while Arsenal has committed £123 million so far.
