INTERPOL's Red Notice: 14 Nigerians Wanted For Crimes Across Borders

The International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) has issued Red Notices for 14 Nigerians, identifying them as suspects in crimes such as human trafficking, drug smuggling, fraud, robbery, and organized crime.

Uche Egbue: Under investigation by Argentine authorities for suspected involvement in drug trafficking.
Ikechukwu Obidiozor, Akachi Vitus, and Alachi Stanley: Pursued by Angola for charges of kidnapping, robbery, and illegal firearms possession.

Purpose of Red Notices

According to INTERPOL, a Red Notice is not an international arrest warrant but rather a request for global law enforcement agencies to locate and provisionally detain individuals pending legal proceedings, such as extradition.
