Estevao Explains Why He Chose Chelsea Over Real Madrid, Barcelona, and Arsenal

New Chelsea signing Estevao Willian has revealed the key reasons behind his decision to join the Premier League giants, turning down offers from European heavyweights such as Barcelona, Arsenal, and Real Madrid in the process.
