Former U.S. President Donald Trump made a notable appearance at the NCAA Wrestling Championships over the weekend in Philadelphia, where he personally congratulated Wyatt Hendrickson for securing the heavyweight title. Hendrickson, who triumphed over Gable Steveson, embraced the moment by draping himself in the American flag before greeting Trump with a handshake.
“I put on a show for him. I wanted that national title,” Hendrickson expressed while shaking hands with the 47th President of the United States.
