From its humble beginnings, DTH has consistently set new benchmarks for talent shows in Africa:

• Season 1 launched with a week-long showdown that brought attention to Nigerian creativity. Singer Constance Olatunde (Konstance) emerged as the winner, walking away with ₦10 Million. She has since built a name in Afrobeats and R&B. The Chrysolite Dance Crew and comedian Ikebudu Emmanuel earned ₦3 Million and ₦2 Million respectively as runners-up.
• Season 2 expanded the scope with a ₦7 Million grand prize plus an all-expense paid trip to Dubai and Kenya. Esther Ugochi Kalu (Ugee Royalty), a gospel powerhouse, won and went on to release her debut gospel track. Ibquake (spoken word) and Masterseb (comedy) also triumphed with ₦3 Million and ₦2 Million.
• Season 3 solidified DTH’s international reputation. Exoduz Dance Crew claimed victory, winning ₦10 Million, a brand-new car, and trips to Kenya and the Maldives. Season 4: New Format and Campus Tour

Breaking from tradition, Season 4 introduced a Campus Tour from July 9 to July 18, 2025, covering major institutions like:

• University of Port Harcourt
• University of Benin
• University of Abuja
• University of Lagos
• IMT Enugu

For the first time, registration fees were abolished, making the competition more inclusive. Aspiring contestants only needed to upload a one-minute performance video on social media, tag DTH, and await selection. The best entries were invited for live auditions on campus.

This innovative format eliminated financial and social barriers, proving that talent has no limits when opportunities are made accessible. Out of this process, 22 of Nigeria’s most promising acts were chosen.

• Spoken Word/Poetry: The Global Poet (Deborah Johnson), Isime Precious (Aigbogun Precious Isimeme), Neji Irregular (John Momnang Neji), and Loveth Liberty.
• Comedy: Da Messenger (Emmanuel God’srich Chinaza) and MC Olaks (Olarotimi Victor).
• Magic: Phoenix the Magician (Edidiong Sunday Ibitt).
