The newly appointed directors and their respective departments include:

  • Jide-Samuel Avbasowamen – Director, Information Technology Department
  • Abdullahi Hamisu – Director, Banking Services Department
  • Ojumu Adenike – Director, Medical Services Department
  • Makinde Olanrewaju – Head, Procurement and Support Services Department

In the financial sector, the following individuals have been appointed:

  • Sike Ijeoma – Director, Financial Policy and Regulation Department
  • Isa-Olatinwo Aisha – Director, Consumer Protection Department
  • Oboh Victor Ugbem – Director, Monetary Policy Department

Further appointments include:

  • Nakorji Musa – Head, Trade and Exchange Department
  • Yusuf Rakiya – Director, Payments System Supervision Department
  • Vincent Modesola – Director, Strategy Management and Innovation Department
  • Farouk Muhammad – Head, Reserve Management Department
  • Akinwunmi Olubukola Akinniyi – Director, Banking Supervision Department

Additionally, the following directors have been appointed to regulatory and operational divisions:

  • Solaja Mohammed-Jamiu – Director, Other Financial Institutions’ Supervision Department (OFISD)
  • Hassan Umar – Director, Development and Finance Institutions Supervision Department
  • Adedeji Adetona – Head, Currency Operations and Branch Management Department
  • Okpanachi Moses – Director, Statistics Department
