American rap superstar Cardi B has etched her name in history by breaking a Guinness World Record for the highest number of drone deliveries completed in a single hour.
On Friday, September 19, 2025, the Grammy-winning artist rolled out an unprecedented promotional campaign for her much-anticipated album Am I the Drama. Instead of sticking to traditional launches, she took to the skies, utilizing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to distribute copies of her new project.
A total of 176 album copies were successfully delivered by drones directly to fans across the Dallas–Fort Worth region of Texas, all within just sixty minutes. This extraordinary feat officially crowned Cardi B as the first musician to ever link a world record with an album release strategy.
The large-scale operation came to life through a collaboration between Walmart, Atlantic Records, and Wing Drone Delivery, proving that innovation in music marketing is soaring to new heights.
Marking the achievement, Guinness World Records publicly congratulated Cardi B through its official X (formerly Twitter) account, stating:
“Most deliveries by UAV drones in one hour: 176, by @iamcardib @AtlanticRecords @Wing & @Walmart at multiple locations today across the Dallas-Fort Worth region, Texas, USA.”
