According to local officials, the fatal incident happened on Saturday, November 29, at a banquet hall in San Joaquin County, where the gathering was meant to celebrate a two-year-old’s birthday. The gunfire erupted inside the hall, claiming the lives of two 8‑year‑old girls, a 14‑year‑old boy, and a 21‑year-old man — and injuring 11 others.
