Arteta Nearing Double Signing Deal as Arsenal Prepare for Summer Transfer Window

Arsenal is reportedly on the verge of securing two key signings ahead of the upcoming summer transfer window.

The club’s manager, Mikel Arteta, has reiterated his intention to strengthen the squad in preparation for the next season.

Arteta remains focused on reinforcing the team after another disappointing run in both the Premier League and Champions League campaigns.

Following a 2-1 loss to Paris Saint-Germain in Wednesday’s Champions League match, Arsenal’s hopes of lifting silverware this season have come to an end.

Several miscalculations during the last two transfer periods have been detrimental, but the North London side is actively working to address these shortcomings.

As reported by The Independent, a transfer deal for Martin Zubimendi from Real Sociedad is almost finalized.

In addition, Joan Garcia, considered one of the most promising young goalkeepers in Europe, is reportedly close to joining the Gunners and is expected to compete with David Raya for the starting goalkeeper role.
