Femi Babafemi, the agency’s spokesperson, confirmed that Adeyemo was arrested on December 6, 2024, at Odunfa Street, Lagos Island, Lagos. At the time of her arrest, NDLEA operatives discovered 20.6 liters of codeine-based syrup in her possession.
