- Meet all job requirements outlined in the NOC.
- Have been paid for their work (unpaid or volunteer work does not qualify).
- Possess qualifications to practice their trade in the country where they gained experience.
3. Job Offer or Trade Certification
To qualify, applicants must provide one of the following:
- A valid full-time job offer (minimum one-year duration) from a Canadian employer, or
- A certificate of qualification from a provincial, territorial, or federal authority in Canada.
